I checked in to the Red Roof Inn Lithonia Ga and I checked by credit card and I was charged twice for the room I called front desk and was told she didn't see how I was charged and that she would call me back so after 30 minutes I went back to front desk and she said she did charge me twice and all she could do was void the transaction, when she voided the my card company says it will take 31 days to show back in my balance and I'm here traveling from Jackson Mississippi and I have no money to return home, because of your attendants mistake, I need some resolution immediately, my name is Memory Webb my number is [protected] email address [protected]@yahoo.com
