On Juily 23, 2026, My husband emptied a cigar tobacco in the trash can and when the maids came to clean, they photograph the unburned tobacco and gave it to management accusing my guest and I was smoking. That is untrue. So front desk threatening to not give me my deposit back because hearsay. Or speculation. If there is a machine that can test for nicotine or burned tobacco in this specific room, I would not be guilty. I have been living in moitel rooms for 4 months and all non-smoking rooms and never, NEVER, have I been accused of smoking anything. I am a medical student at Remington College, so I hav e character references.
Claimed loss: $40. Plus a roll of gauze that I had bought for my husband's foot injury. So the price of gauze and my gas, my husband's pain and suffering. I am wanting compensation for slander and falsifying room inspection
Desired outcome: $300 or a week in another location in Northern Dallas, Garland , or PLano.
