The owners of this company rene castaneda and caroline pike are well known for taking deposits, earnest money and wire transfers from unsuspecting customers. There are several lawsuits already filed with the supreme court in belize. There are also several judgments against them, yet they still won't pay or return the money. Be warned, do not do business with them. You will lose your money.

I have had the displeasure of meeting this unethical person. He is known to steal leads from other agents like myself and conduct himself in a very poor manner. He is known to make cold calls and engage in sexually inappropriate comments if a woman was to answer the door. Please be forewarned before dealing with this fellow agent and be very careful of entertaining any cold calls.
