DJW Property Management review: Never again

DJW Property Management in Boise, ID treated us very poorly during our move-out process. We tried to discuss our final out statement and some questionable charges, but they refused to speak over the phone and demanded all communication be done via email. We were responsible tenants who paid on time and maintained a good relationship with the property owner. DJW’s refusal to communicate and their dismissive attitude made the situation unnecessarily stressful. Their behavior reflects a larger issue — confirmed by their D rating on the Better Business Bureau due to a pattern of unresolved complaints.
