I was approached by a gentleman named Bill Douglas of Palm Beach, FL. who said he was a business man who dealt in Real Estate investments and acquisitions. I was hired as a Personal Assistant which I have done before and people find me by my website or resume on CL, Monster, Indeed or LinkedIn. I am everywhere. I guess that man never thought that he would find someone that actually have worked for Billionaires and Millionaires before or simply know about R.E. ( wrong)
He was a lie! After I started meeting with Realtors I met one that said, "yeah I met him about 2-3 years ago about his office moving to SF". I said, "what happened". The Realtor didn't know but informed me that he never met Bill Douglas face to face. I got suspicious because I couldn't find a space for Paris Entertainment or Pyramid Equities.
Bill Douglas told me he has been to the bay several times and I asked for his realtors so that I didn't have to use mine. He had issues with that.
He asked me to help him find investors for a movie that they were producing with Shaq. I was like, " where does a movie come into R.E. investments?"
I got suspicious after 6 days of tom foolery and different stories about why his accountant has not contacted me, regarding my pay. I was spending time, money and R.E. time on scouting his supposed home and office spaces. I decided to do a background check. OMG. . . This man was in jail for 2.5 years for writing bad checks close to $1, 000, 000 for properties and had so much bad info posted on him that I felt ashamed that I didn't look him up sooner or bounce on day 3 when he gave me an excuse that sounded like a 6 year old. But I felt since trump is in office more dummies were popping up.
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS MAN. You will not get paid. He is using addresses of places that you are scouting to raise money for vacate properties( claims eh will own it) and does who knows what with the money. Do not be a part of his illegal deceit.

I am a Realtor and Bill Douglas has been trying to conn his way into acquiring a multimillion dollar home in south Florida for 5 years already. He is relentless. Here are examples of emails and documents he presented in his efforts to get attention and see who can fall for his conning plans… I know of other colleagues he’s tried the same exact tricks with. He’s gone as far as to have them write offers and when time comes to perform with 1st deposit he comes up with all kind of ridiculous excuses until time runs out and then he disappears. He is a waste of time. Do not even consider his phone call…
Also try to con lenders into writing loan commitments and when contacted they say he’s no good.

I was approached as well, asked about helping out with his business and being a personal assistant. Thanks to good friends, I didn’t get lured into this LIE. Really sad. Used his family card big time. Will be filing a police report as well.
