All In One Community Management review: Just sold the house... Thank god

Just close on my house on friday. I live there with my father for 3 years. Sold the house mainly because of the HOA. I was going to let it pass but just got another letter from All in One three days after close.
They are accusing me of leasing the house to someone else. I GUESS this is against the rules. No one has lived there for a month.

This is how nuts they are. They aren't a company they are a scam team that Siphons off people's money, This has nothing to do with the fees that are over five thousand dollars per year to live in this home.

Crazy price And it just continues.

I love when they send out certified letters to everyone in the neighborhood at the tune of $8 per letter.They're charging the people that they're sending the letters to the $8 But it's not their money as the people's In the neighborhoods money.
It's just part of the scam.

Also , they're impossible to contact to find out who to pay when pay how to pay.

They're attorneys can contact you with certified letters when you can't figure out the correct place to send the check.

Any neighborhood that has all-in-one and the board approves.It needs to have the board voted out.
