Stephen Karpakis - Paragon Properties review: Paragon properties - stephen karpakis - bad realtor - lazy - unresponsive - entitled rich kid

I had a terrible experience working with Paragon Properties and the Owner's son Stephen Karpakis. He was unresponsive and provided no feedback as the realtor. Finally, after speaking with his father, Stephen wrote an email providing dismissive feedback. When I told Stephen he should be more professional, he was quick to tell me that " He was very accomplished for his age" as if I should consider him the authority on all things.He also stated he did not need my business nor did he want it. There in lies the window to this kid's poor character. A true professional would value all business, not spit in the face of others because he makes $120k a year. Stephen Karpakis is a perfect example of a Realtor who doesn't want to work. And clearly he is benefitting of the 20 + years his dad put into the business, so he smells of entitlement.
If you are interested in working with a Realtor that doesn't return calls, texts, or emails. A Realtor is who proud of his income & will be quick to tell you he is very successful for his age. A realtor who demands that you respect him before he ever does any work, then Stephen Karpakis and Paragon Properties is who you should hire.
