I went into the showroom, in early January and purchased a reclining sofa, loveseat, and big char. I was advised by Abraham that I would definitely receive my furniture at the end of January. Since then, I have called numerous times and given different dates of when it would come. Now here we are in April. They come to delivery, and say they cannot fit the sofa thru the door; Without really trying. They left and left my downstairs door wide open. I called the store and they are not trying to assist me and very rude, as they have been since the beginning of this whole ordeal. I have to wait for someone to call me back and that is not really acceptable at this point. I need a full refund for this purchase. And I promise to never spend another dime with this store again.
