Purchased sectional order number 08260w2jltv in august, 2020. By the end of november I still haven't received item, called numerous times, texted etc and finally reached someone by phone who accepted cancellation and stated i'd receive refund within 7-10 business days. Still no check, unable to reach via phone, text nor email. Please help. Tara vitale
