I was in the number 1 lane, your driver left the number 1 lane to move into the left hand turning lane. When the light turned green, your driver lurched out...on a red turn light, to zoom back into the number 1 lane ahead of the flow of going home traffic. Is this normal for your drivers? Is this who you hire to drive for you? Clearly your company only values cutting corners where it meets your desired outcome.

Michigan Mobile Phlebotomy is contracted through Quest. The African-American lady was very rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly laughed at my son's disability. This staff needs to be retrained or terminated. She then called me repeatedly when I asked for a supervisor after she hung up on me. She called me to the point of harassment. This type of unprofessionalism should not be tolerated.

On September 28, 2019 at 4:22 PM, I spotted a vehicle speeding up behind me on Space Center Blvd, Houston, Texas 77598. I had switched lanes to allow the vehicle to pass me. As the said vehicle was passing, I looked over and noticed that on the side of the vehicle, it had Quest Diagnostics on the side of it. I then noticed that on the back hatch there was a little sticker stating that the vehicles speed was monitored and not allowed to go above the posted speed limit, so I took down the vehicle Unit Number (34803), because there wasn't a license plate on the vehicle. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this A.S.A.P.

Came in a few minutes before my 1015 apointmet and signed in. Said wait time was 35 minhtes. Since waiting area was full went outside. Came back in around 10 minutes later did not see my nam on. Board asked at counter and was told my name was ready cled and that i would have to sign. Back in again as walk in. Had to wait another. Hour for a sime standing appointment. Very disappointed in your system and staff

I was traveling on Dalton bypass coming up to intersection at airport road, driver comes flying up behind me and almost rear ends me. I have a semi to the right of meand can't move over only speed up as he's right on my bumper if I had to hit my brakes he would definitely hit me from behind. His car says his speed is tracked i don't believe this as we were in a 55 mph zone and i had to go 60 or a little above to be able to get him off me. Finally he moves over and speeds off I proceed to take pictures of his vehicle at the intersection of dalton bypass and Riverbend Road, he then decides to slow down. It was horrible and scary as the had mowers on the right hand shoulder making traffic slow down and hes right on my bumper. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND ID LIKE A RESPONSE BACK AS TO WHAT WILL BE DONE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR IM ALSO A DELIVERY DRIVER AND WOULD NEVER DRIVE LIKE THAT AND PUT ANYONE NOR MYSELF IN DANGER OR CLOSE.

On friday aprox 21:30 on Hawthorne blvd going on to 405 South freeway bound in Torrance California, White Chevrolet Trax #50389. This driver trash out from the window while this person is driving front of my Car. Trash seems like big white To-Go container, some paper napkins and some more stuff. This driver should not be operating a vehicle for Quest Diagnostics because it makes the company look bad. Have a Common Sense please.

I went to drop off a test sample at quest Diagnostics at floral park. A lady named took me in. She was with a very bad attitude. She asked me to place the sample somewhere, but I couldn't hear it properly and ask please say it again. She was irritated and gave me a bad look and kept quiet. Then she asked me for my credit card information. I said I have never had to pay anything to the lab before why credit card. Then she said I don't know I said once the charge is $89. I said I need to contact the doctor because may be another lab covers it. Then again she gave me that look got my signature to a paper while being on the phone. Didn't even explain what I'm signing for. Completely ignored me. I asked who is your supervisor. Kept quiet. I went to another person and got the information on who to complain. She mentioned that this "priya" is the site lead. When she was entering information, another person walked in. She with a rude voice said go sit. I clearly saw how she made a irritated bad face after he left ! Please take some action towards her attitude towards the patients who are coming for help. In my mind a site lead should be an example for every other worker. She was clearly bossing her patients.

I called quest for my elderly friend to see if her script was sent so she could get her urinalysis test and the lady who answered would not answer my question I said can you just look in the computer and after back and forth she put me on hold and did not come back so I hung up and called back five times and she did not answer. I was not asking for anything difficult and I had all the information she needed I felt like she didn't want to do her job and if that's the case give the job to someone who will help the customers. I called on Friday the 2nd of August at 11am. If you have recordings of this. Thank you

TWICE I have gone to get bloodwork done with orders from my doctor that ask for the results STAT. TWICE I have received a call from my doctor stating that they never received the results and when they called to request them they were told they had no record of me ever being there...when I called I was told that my doctor was lying and no one ever called them. WORST LABORATORY EVER!

Your driver Robert in Vero Beach Florida instantly had road rage and was yelling at me. He should drive and stay safe. not yelling at citizens. Can you please inform him to do his job and not start altercations with other drivers.
Road rage, on the other hand, is a criminal offense. You can go to jail for it. It is when a person commits an act of violence against another road user. ... A stressed person may begin driving aggressively but escalate to road rage when triggered by the actions of another driver.

Quest Diagnostics advertises a service whereby one's lab. results are accessed via internet.
It doesn't work!
Multiple attempts to sign up have proved fruitless.
This amounts to false advertising by Quest. It further causes much personal distress and concern of the "what are they not telling me?" type. It also raises doubts as to whether the lab.results are being relayed to the ordering physician and as to how reliable those results may be,
