unprofessional employee. She came and said” someone wit the last name that starts with “S” I understand my last name difficult to most people but I have a very easy first Name. She had bo idea of my first name either” she ask what’s the first name . She did recognize my last name as I pronounce it for her. Apparently she had a issue paying attention. Than she had no idea what test I came for I had to tell her it was purchased online for this and this so she can than look for it. Lastly she “ refused to check my both arms for stick. She say I will do this one or not doing at all and I’m calling someone else to do. So I said, ok call someone else is okay. She asked me to step outside in the Lobby one may ask why “ you took me 25 minutes late and now I have to restart. Another staff member comes and say will call police on you. Seriously? There were three girls one sweeping floor while 15 customers are waiting in the lobby.. I find this place has no competent people working there. These just full of attitudes. This place should not be opened since they can’t keep the place in good running shape! Only one person works it looks like and that explains why 15 people waiting and only one serviced. You all need to get a better staff or close it plz . Wasting time and money of the people! She was in competent that refused me of the basic lab work and basic rules as the phlebotomist she is to do! I know because I’m train as well professional! Sad for all others that go through similar situations and don’t know the difference!

Quest Diagnostics - customer service
Went to have blood drawn. My drivers license and order have Debra which is legal name. My insurance card says Debbie which is name I go by. Same last name on both. Has been this way for years with no problem. Girl this morning refused to draw blood without a revised order from doctor changing order to Debbie to match insurance card even though my license verified Debra. Have never had this problem in the years I have had to use quest because of insurance. She said this is a problem because you have a name discrepancy. Rude and asked for a supervisor and she said they do not have supervisors. ridiculous Wil be filing complaint with Blue Cross also.
