Quest Diagnostics — customer service
My drs order was faxed to your w sahara lab in las vegas. I called monday morning to confirm they had it.
I then went to the w rainbow lab to get the blood test done as w sahara was booked up until friday, the end of the week.
The person that was on the counter at w rainbow was not only unhelpful but was very rude.
First, she said I would have to call the drs office to have them fax to them. I suggested she call w sahara since i had confirmed the order was there. After some complaining she did that and was told it was not there. I asked her to tell them I had called and they confirmed it was there. She refused and I left.
The persons name is angelise.
Now I would have to say there was a much better way to handle that. She had no interest whatsoever in leaving me with a good lasting impression of quest. To the contrary she could not of cared less.
This just occurred on 6/5th just before 2:00 pm
I am sitting here at the w sahara location and I doubt I will be able to get in. A big waste of my time only because Angelise had no interest in helping
