    I really unhappy with Qatar air way. I've submit baggage damage claim recently but until now no news even after repeated e mail send out. I need know happen to my claim.

    I am submitting another complaint about the Shmeisani, Amman, Jordan Qatar Airways office. I kept in contact with them for over two months about transporting my pet tortoise and they provided me with false information during the entire two months I was contacting them. My tortoise is in Jordan and I need it with me.

    I was denied priority boarding on a Qatar Airways flight from Beirut to Doha flight QR421 on Sept 29 although I have BA one world gold membership and was told that I can only board if I am an Emerald member with Qatar Airways. Clearly they do not honor the one world alliance. My BA FF number is [protected].

    Actually, I book the ticket from Doha to Amman to Cairo for transit one hour only which was very expensive but the flight from Amman to Cairo delayed 3 hours which of course was cheaper.

    My booking was from Qatarairways

    I'm telling about a lady (Maria Khalid) who show her self as epmloye of Qatar airways she contacts girl's on Facebook and offereing jobs in Qatar airways against physical relationship (Sex) as they said they are Qatar officers also she motivate for this.     My baggage tracking number [protected] and [protected] were delayed without any informed from your company and i got a bad service from your staffs on 5th floor office service in BKK airport. Nobody care my problem. I lost time to go back to my company. I would like to inform you that this is a very bad service and cannot acceptable.

    I was coming from Dhaka and going to Berlin. I had only 1:10 minutes transit time in DOH. Which is really short.Flight was delayed from Dhaka and I missed my flight in DOH To Berlin.It's was huge loss for me.they offering me next day morning flight but more then 3 hours I'm waiting still they can't finish their work to manage hotel and my food ;(

    Good morning, I was flying on 18.12.2018 from Frankfurt to Doha. I was totally disappointed with the rude language spoken during check in. Finally the staff over there accepted her mistake but without any excuses. Her characters was indicating kind of racism. I never had such expirences till date. Any flight with Qatar will be ignored.

    I`ve just also got simillar letter. After the completed of it I recieved the Contract signed by CHRIS HUMPHERY (HR Manager of Qatar Airways). I also would like to know does this document and the person are legal responsible guys and whether this documents has a juridical base.
