I go the Publix at Lake Hickory Crossing in Hickory NC.
To Whose Attention This Apparently Doesn't Concern!
As a wheelchair-bound customer, I find it very difficult to receive proper assistance in your meat department due to the meat cutters being out of sight. This is a significant departure from the usual service I've come to expect, and it's become a major inconvenience for me. Having to search for someone to assist me or wait for them to become available takes away from the shopping experience.
I miss the days when I could easily interact with the meat cutters, get recommendations, and receive help with selecting the perfect cuts of meat. This change has not only made shopping more challenging for me but also diminished the overall experience.
I've previously expressed these concerns to store managers, but unfortunately, my concerns were not taken seriously. I believe that ignoring customer feedback is not in line with providing quality customer service. As a result, I'm finding it increasingly difficult to continue shopping at Publix. The inconvenience has become a significant challenge, and I'm considering taking my business elsewhere.
