Publix Super Markets review: Meat department

Today, 04/04/2020, I have a complaint about the Meat Dpt Assistant manager whose name is JOE, but I didn't get his last name. It was 11:10 am, time for a department to have their case ready for the customers get what they come for to the store, but it was almost empty. I asked this person to help me prepare some steaks for me as they didn't have any of the ones I was looking for, but this manager told me that he couldn't do it because it was not the proper time to prepare them for me. Besides his rudeness, something that is not common at Publix, he didn't want me to get closer to him, by the way, I was wearing mask and gloves and at this time that the whole country is going through this pandemic disease, neither he nor any of seafood and meat depts employees were wearing masks. How am I going to feel confident with the products prepared by them without taking the precautions for the public. I decided to go to another store located at Miller Square, 137th Ave SW 56 ST, Miami FL. What a difference in service, I got what I was looking for, the Meat Dept case was all full of all kinds of meats and the employees' behavior in every dept was excellent. then I was satisfied as always as Publix where I am a customer for 40 years. But I won't come back to the closest one I have as I have the worst opinion about their service, it doesn't look like a Publix store. Make them take precautions for the public they serve who gives them their checks, teach this manager publix customer satisfaction, besides good manners. My name is maria cristina martinez.
