just saw your post and did a quick search to get some info on the rebellion dev game.
1st: all games need updates after a while. since MW1 is 3 years old the game needs 3 years of updates, MW if i recall has mmo status which means it needs to be updated when they get reports about glitches and bugs.
as for Rebellion...they do patches and updates too. if companies updated the discs with every update then people would have to buy a new disc when its out.
though this is just from what i searched up and have seen with games i play having updates every once and a while.
it is impossible to get a refund for the parts since the company is gone, doesnt exist also they did have mentioned on the site no refunds for completed kits. as for bad issues they dont charge for reordering. they never charged me for replacements even months later.
for continuation of the build please refer to the mypartworks site.

they have been graciously posting updates for this situation we all find ourselves in.
Eaglemoss is gone, refunds only would work if the company existed. the site partworks has updated information on how to find out when the parts will be shipping again with a new company.

true it appears to be for another game but sometimes depending where you get the code for this program it might have hidden code that affects other programs. since it is a fishing bot it may have code that some in the past used in wow which is why you were flagged. it is sad that it happened.
i once was targeted for "TOS violation" on another game for just accepting a few trades from a user who was hacked.
best i can say is just wait it out since 3rd party apps do tend to cause this issue allot due to how many reports of these things [3rd party apps] being sent by players who don't use them. you might have just been caught in the middle of one of these reports. unfortunately there is not much to do if they have looked and found nothing that disputes the report from the anti cheat.
OP you are not unfortunately i have to do the same at CVS. many shop lifters in the past have used personal bags [purses, back packs, string bags] as a way of stealing. to combat this companies ask that it is left by the door so they can ensure no one [yes even innocent people] don't steal. i have had to do it since around 2014 for my local drug store JUST to go into the back for my prescription. i have learned though if you ask them they will hide your bag behind the counter if you are concerned. i was doing shopping for the holiday and had a gift in mine that i did not want stolen and they graciously let me hide it behind the counter. Though not every store might be as accommodating.
my advice is to leave the store as last thing of the day and leave your bag at home when you go that way you dont have to leave it all up front. i use earbuds for my headphones, that way i can just quickly put them in my pocket and do what i need. my bag is a camel pack fyi so all a thief would steal is water. hope this helps OP.
this can be explained, ebay has sellers from all over the world and different time zones. so it is possible that the auction ended after this "snipe bid" because the seller was in another time zone. that or it takes a few seconds to actually close the auction at the exact time. if a bid is sent at the last second it takes longer to close. from how i understand it. that is how i have seen auctions work in the past, so i'm not sure how they are now.
this just came up on my feed, so i see a few oops part to your post.
1. you have a cracked [hacked] game and the company does not see those as approved for support
2. non company servers like private servers i believe activision does not support so they can not "police" these servers.
3. the main part of your request is about the racism yeah that is against the TOS. Though since its a private server and a cracked one at that they can't "police" it. the accounts might not even be actual activision accounts ether. best they can do is try and sue the owners, and fix it on the legal servers. chances are they will shut down THAT server. the perps wait a bit then bring a new server up and start all over again. i seen it happen a few times in the past with Blizard ent world of warcraft, the company after a while just allowed the private ones when the issue went public and gave them some rules to follow.
just curious, Complete savings are you a bot or just repeating a script? every time someone mentions they DID NOT sign up you claim "how you signed up to the programme but we must first locate your record" um how is there a record if they never signed up? or you admitting that you have some secret that is getting you customers?
good luck with that. im still waiting for the $100 back [the $100 off bill for each time they cant fix it also any intrest for it. though statute of limitation prevents me from getting it now.] back from when i was in collage around 2011 i dropped them from my tv cause they blamed brand new wiring for the bad tv signal. they sent a tech out 7 times, it fixed for 2 days to a month then came back. the 8th time my old company at&t happened to call and said the uverse was now in my area. ordered, tech came out installed the gear and told me the real reason my tv signal was bad...i was at the end of the signal coming into my area, that's right i had the scraps of the comcast signal in my apt complex. after i gave back my comcast gear [the 8th request for help basically] the issue shocking disappeared after leaving them.
There is a few things i can gather from this event. that specific Walgreens may have had a few "fake" prescriptions [not saying yours is] in the past and got in trouble for it. them asking may also have been rules for that specific drug that the company [Walgreens] was told should be done for verification. as for her calling the doctor it is to verify the doctor actually requested it and is a doctor [again this may have been faked in the past].
even with a legal prescription in the past at CVS/Walgreens/Publix i have and still do get asked randomly for details to verify that i need my meds due to the classification of them.
was the laptop you bought sold by amazon itself [seller would show amazon]? did you buy new or used? if it was a 3rd party [not amazon itself] who sold it to you what have they said?
there is a list before the security check point of what items are permitted past them. if it is one of the not allowed items they do have authority to confiscate them.
OP you mention the agent put the 2 travel sized items back. so they did put the face cream in your bag and then it disappeared after you left them? the bag was securely closed so nothing fell out?
i just read up on it because i dont know of popi-act. [took 3 seconds to find and locate the info], so yeah Corporate better get on her for the "popi-act" she is tarnishing their reputation. since your not a data collector like say an insurance company she can NOT refuse to give you the information. unless she pled the 5th [basically does not have to answer for implication reasons. i dont know if one exists in her area] she has to answer, since she is a "manager" she is obligated to fix any and all legitimate grievances [if someone is lying and something did not happen that they claim then its not legitimate] to protect the company she represents. sounds like she just had a bad day or doesnt care about her work employer.
OP from the research i have found. officially corporate requests a minimum of 18 years old for cashier, though depending on store and state it maybe lower. some stores have hired for other areas part time low as 16. was your son a full time cashier?
again this is all from searching "how old do you have to be to work for family dollar". i hope this helps you out.
From these reviews it seems you all have been having issues with this company.
Here is one alternative [i have seen it many times at work] go to your local state attorney/court house [if they are the same building] there is a passport renewal office [mine does, idk about other state attorney/court houses] where you just pay a processing fee and that is it.
i used to have them back in 2021, i checked my contract before i canceled and its actually mentioned in the fine print in the middle of the stack of papers that is your contract. they state "by signing this page you agree to us raising the rent per month as needed". i left cause there was no need to have the unit.
as for the double charge and not reflecting on your account OP, that sounds like it is that location specifically that is being shady not posting it to the account.
this has been going on for years. i posted back on 11/11/12 about this. they dont care far as i have seen. they claim it is posted on their website [they now mention on some ads up to a specific lvl], but when you go to the website you need to traverse about 50 pages to find out it is P2P and that each chapter you need to purchase.
https://www.complaintsboard.com/kingsisle-entertainment-b129156/page/2#c641557
is my original post about this shady company.
Unfortunately i dont think they even bother looking here. im in the same boat as you, i made my account and got busy at work. months later i come back to being banned for "community standards" violation. sent in my details and nothing. i read the community standards and found no reference to being forbidden from adding friends or removing "snipe" accounts [accounts that add you within seconds of making the account]. mentioned that in my request for appeal nothing. checked my emails and no email from them with a warning, any changes to my account, or being banned. i found out by going to their website to check if a suspicious email was real. no i didn't click anything in the email i went to a saved page on Instagram and logged in there.
here is the strange part, they were ALL TO HAPPY when i asked for my email to be free from a unknown account before i made my first Instagram account. they fixed that within a few hours. now not ONE ounce of assistance in this issue.
criminals have some ways to bypass the security seals on some of the gift card holders and copy the card number on the back and security code. then they sit and wait for it to be activated, when it is they use up the balance so even if it is sitting in your drawer un activated by you the money is being stolen. it is not [from what i understand] the company who does the theft. its people who like stealing in general.
please visit https://mypartworks.com/blog/eaglemoss-update/ for current information on where to go. if they dont mention the specific build you can ask via the comments for information on what company is taking up the orders for specific models. as for money back, eaglemoss only took money once they shipped parts. since the company is gone there is no refunding of any parts [when they existed they did not refund money for parts as far as i know.]
please go to https://mypartworks.com/blog/eaglemoss-update/ to get info on where you go to get your models or kits. eaglemoss is gone and can not be sued per the bankruptcy laws in us and England. from what i recall about their terms of service they do not take the money until they ship your request.
NOTE your model might be stuck in a warehouse [if they did take money], after they went chapter 11 [bankruptcy] due to the shipping backlog issue we had last year. if you do not see info on your model at the partworks site leave a note there and the owner of the site might look into it. this is the best info on this situation that i can give.
did it have a ending tag like the playstore complaints with say "Google Play, g.co/payhelp#"? maybe another company charged you fraudulantly.
from what i understand, from reports on how many people return packages, they have to manually check packages that are returned. this could take a few days, after that they need to open the file on the item and check it vs what was sent via notes they only know the contents of. after that it is sent to the refunds department for judgement. the time that process takes is unknown since its all based on the amount of returns and what place your package is in the que for returns.
you might see they got it but that only means it arrived there not that they checked the contents yet. give them time to get through the return process on their end. if by the date they said they have not reached out to you then check with them.
its the best i can offer in what to do OP.
From what i recall OP that rule has been in effect since WoW [not classic] first launched. It has only become more frequent in the past few years I think since 2016 that they are cracking down on it. I once got messaged in the past I think around wrath [not classic] that a GM [forum side] asked me not to necro a old post on the forum thread due to others posting in it and I just stopped and only posted on threads 10 to 15 days old.
In the past you might have been able to slip by them with it but now they are actively enforcing it for some reason.
what happened to the account that required you to need account recovery? did you have a account authenticator on your account?
Also do not forget that they might be working half staff and not able to get to every support request like they did pre pandemic.
