I declined a monthly selection. It was sent anyway and they charged my debit card. My other payments started bouncing. I returned the unwanted movie and they took weeks to refund my money. I quit after getting nowhere with their "customer disservice" people and now they have an agency physically threatening me to pay another $53.88. Is this America? I don't think so.
