Today, the trend is to shout from the highest mountain that you are service oriented, but rarely follow through on actual service. No company epitomizes this more than RCN.

There is a mentally ill general manager at ruby teusdays that hats kids, and enjoys yelling and screaming at good employees, and causing the best worker to leave, she has not made apologies, to the employee, and this is not the only employee that has left because of her, apparently ruby teusdays condones this kind of behavior and rewards the dispicable employees, and takes advantage of the good ones, do not go there.

I have my account closed by nfcu when learned I filed a bankruptcy against them. My account is where my paycheck goes twice in a month and I need that account to pay my bill, buy food for my wife and two daughters, withdraw cash from atm's and to pay some other expenses.
