Bought a laptop. Was told their register stopped working and went to another one. Manager (or assistant) assured us first transaction did not go through. Bank statement had 2 charges. Manager made up some story that I had returned it, but when I asked to see the records there was none. Fortunately my bank reviewed the transaction and cleared the charge.
