A young friendly black women knocked on my door claiming to sell magazines and also asking for donations to provide magazines to inner city children. I even fed this girl a sandwich at my kitchen table when she claimed to be hungry after walking the area all day. Well, $152 and 6 months later, still no magazines and no means of contacting this organization.

I purchased an 06 Thunder Mountain and upon delivery was told they would take care of the lo jack, keys that were missing and numerous other things. After one month and the run around I have not been taken care of. I find a problem which should have not passed inspection and the answer I got from Management is "NO COMMENT". I would highly recommend not doing business with these people unless things are 110% before the purchase.

RCN Telecom Services has left an official reply on this complaint.
Today, the trend is to shout from the highest mountain that you are 'service oriented', but rarely follow through on actual service. No company epitomizes this more than RCN.
