I have not been a customer of sears in years because of their poor customer service attitude. Today I decided to try Sears again but could not easily get past their voice recognition system. I ended up being bounced around for over an hour. These are the things I rediscovered about Sears customer service. If you can not resolve an issue with the store you are instructed to call their national call center. There they demand your personal information before they will take a complaint. after you tell them they will always say they have to send this complaint back to the store to be resolved. They do not have a corporate office that is accountable to their customers. Their district and regional managers to not work out of an office. Their full names are kept secret and they do not use voice mail. Sears will continue to keep this ex customer and probably many others away from their stores if they keep resisting to learn from their past mistakes.
I ordered a Roketa 250 cc scooter, last August 30th from Mxmotorsports, they were very quick in taking my money but all I got is a scooter that has the handle bars welded wrong (when you hold it straight the front tire point to the right) and it does not start. After numerous calls and emails to Rick (customer service person) I realized that I was not going to get any help from them like they promise to do. So I took it to a mechanic and he said that it can't be fixed. These people should be put in jail!
Two years ago I payed off my Wells Fargo Credit Card because the interest rate was too high. Now, two years later, I receive a bill with two charges that total $76.33.
I called Wells Fargo Customer Service and asked why this account wasn't closed and was informed "Sir, you never closed this account". I then explained what happened and was transfered to Customer Fraud. Customer Fraud (Alena id ec5) stated they would research the charges and go ahead and take these off the account. I stated that I closed the account two years ago and why wasn't it closed. They stated I would need to contact Customer Service to close the account. Now, I'm transfered to customer service and spoke with Chris (#2881) who promised me the account would be closed by 10.10.08).
Today (10.15.08) I receive a new Wells Fargo credit card in the mail. Now, I'm really shocked because what part of close my account do they not understand?
I call customer service the the representative stated I never closed my account. I then asked for his supervisor and I'm transfered to Enrica Canales (S4136). I explain what happened going back two years. he then states, what do you want me to do, I stated "close my account" then he asks me why? I explain again and now he says that I never closed my account and asked me why I can't keep my stories straight. About that time I because more than upset. He then said "Sir, you have two options, tell me what you want or I hang up". I have already explained to this person more than once that the account needed to be closed. He then stated that the record showed that I only called last week and spoke with customer service and never requested to have my account closed". About this time I asked for his supervisor and he stated "I don't have one". I asked "so, you don't report to anyone? We all report to someone?" He said, "I report to a board". He refused to give me the information but a PO box that I could write to.
Now, I'm really getting pissed off and this is no lie, he called me a lier, an idiot and I must be stupid because I am making this all up and never requested to have my account closed". I want to know why my account wasn't closed two years ago, last week via Chris (#2881) and this evening. I also want to know why I receive a new credit card?
I was so pissed I hung up. I have a feeling this was his goal.
I called back and spoke with Raymond (#807072) who gave me a number to contact in regards to complaints against this manager. You can believe me, I will be calling tomorrow, contacting the Attorney Generals Office, the CEO of WF and every site that talks about Wells Fargo.
What I don't understand is why they are great about setting up an account, but when you close it, they always seem to "forget" to close it and stated that it was never done.
I have had time warner cable for less than a year, and twice my cable has gone out for the day. Both times this has happen on Mon. night football, Angles playoffs, and Pres. debates. The lack of service is one thing, but the lack of communication and lack of answers they provide are insulting. After being on hold for 25min. I drove down to the orange county office while still on hold and know one has any answers for me. The customer service is horrible. I was told a supervisor would contact me but no one ever called to let me know what was wrong with the service in my area.
My fuel injectors went bad in the middle of the road. Dodge claims they will not cover it under my warranty because I have "contaminated" fuel. All fuel has some sediment in it. That is why you have filters on the vehicles. I those filters are not adequate then they should either add filters or improve the system in some other way. I paid $40, 000.00 for my truck that 2 years later worth 0 because I can't pay the $10, 000.00 they want to replace my fuel system. Dodge is pulling a copout to trying to get me to file this with my insurance and get them to pay the bill rather than take responsibility for it and replace it under my warranty. My insurance company did not make crappy injectors, Dodge did.
Purity products sent me a bill for $179 for products I didn't order. They deducted the money from my bank account without my authorization. They gave me a cancellation number, let's see if they give my money back. I'm going to the bank soon to stop any more debiting from my account to Purity Products. I recommend that everyone else who's had this problem do the same, and I would not recommend that anybody buy from Purity Products, or take any so called "free offers". A simple trip to GNC or Walmart is much, much better.
I asked for a due date change and was denied. It seems they only allow one or two due date changes throughout the entire loan. So I am stuck with $20 late fees every month. Never again will I use this company to finance my Hyundai and we love Hyundais and plan to purchase more in the future. In fact, the dealership that bamboozled us into financing through them, we will not buy from again.
We pay our mortgage in the beginning of the month, instead of the middle of the month now, and so we can only pay on the 15th, and they will not change our due date to the 15th. They Suck!
I ordered a set of samsung front loading washer and dryer. I had a great sales guy working with me. The products were on back order and should have been in on 10-1-08. That's O.K. so I wait.The order was placed on 9-20-08, it now the 4th weeks still no product available... Still O.K. with me, I'll wait.
Well, I received a bill for the units that I ordered, so I called to ask why I need to pay when I don't have the washer and dryer yet. The response was abrasive and negative. So I pushed back. I didn't think I should be paying for something I didn't receive yet.
The manager then said to me, you obviously don't know anything about credit cards. I can tell you that sent me over the edge. So off I went to the store to see him. I demanded my money back and this useless manager still had the @$# to continue to explain how credit works. When I told him to stop running his mouth.
He pushed my receipt back at me, told me they would credit my account "leave my store this isn't a place you need to shop" I agree I will never shop at HHGregg again. I would only leave after I got a receipt. On my way out the little boy said " Have a nice day" Rude and childish. I would have waited 2 months for the washer and dryer if I had not been billed.
I was going to contact HHGregg online but couldn't find a customer service Icon on their site, I should have known.
Please Please be careful with this company.
The staff is rude. Always call to tell you that they need to change your appt. but when you have something come up, they want to charge you $35 to change times, not just dates. They don't have many appt. days to choose from and expect you to bend and come in when it is convenient for them, not you. Orthos don't have a clue what they are doing. May not have same doc each time and each wants to do something totally different. No where to sit in waiting room either. Wait time is 1-2 hours. You feel like you have entered another country because rarely will you here English spoken. About 6 patients lined up side by side in chairs and Doc moves from patient to patient without washing hands, just changing gloves. (Not a replacement for washing hands). Don't be fooled by price either. Will nicket and dime you to death. Go to reputable Ortho and pay a little more. I don't think my child's teeth have moved at all. Her regular dentist knew more of what to do than what has been done here at Western Dental.
Back in October of 2006, I bought a TV at Circuit City. The salesperson promised me 36 months with no interest or finance charges, and also encouraged me to buy a stand and a video system on the same receipt because they all would receive the same benefits. After 3 months, a finance charge appeared on my bill. I checked back at the receipt, and the incompetent salesman did not include my deal on the sales receipt. I went back to the store and luckily the same manager was working there (I noticed Circuit City has a high turnover). He filled out a Re-Key Request form and faxed it over to Chase and the charges went away after a couple of months.
At the 9th month, new charges showed up, and I went through the same process. The store manager filled out a 2nd Re-Key Request form and faxed it to Chase and they credited my account. Cut to 15 months later, new charges appear on the bill. I have been calling and arguing and faxing since January, but they will not honor the agreement the store manager promised me.
They have imposed a random payment schedule of 18 months and will not change it though I have the documentation. Chase tells me it has to be approved by Circuit City and Circuit City says they can’t change anything in the account and tells me to talk to Chase. I have spent countless hours on the phone and always have to plead my case from the beginning to a different representative. They have given me several different fax numbers and I’ve talked to the Escalation department and various supervisors, but no one will actually make the effort to fix it. When someone does give me their name and extension, my call goes directly to voice mail where it never gets returned.
I managed to pay off everything on the account early and all that’s left is $129.49 of their finance charges. Everyone I know is just telling me to pay it off, so I can be done with it, but why should I? They made me a promise and put it in writing twice, shouldn’t they have to honor it? I only bought the stuff because of the idea of minimum payments for 3 years. Needless to say, I will never purchase anything at Circuit City again, and it seems their poor business ethics have caught up with them because the company is flailing. I also closed my account with Washington Mutual when Chase bought them out because I don’t want anything to do with them. I don’t want to ruin my credit by ignoring the bills, but they don’t deserve my money.
Someone from this company had the nerve to call my Mom's house. I have not lived there for over 21 years. They told her that was the number they had to contact me. That was a complete lie, they found her number in the phone book. I would not use her phone number for a contact for me.
She said they were completely rude and tried drilling her for more information on how to reach me. She told them to never use her phone number to try and reach me and then in turn they called again the next day.
I paid $54 for nothing. Majic jack does not work. I paid an additional $10 for international calls service, but never got a dime worth of their service. My advice to you: do not waste your money and to make it worse: no customer service. No one their to talk to you, just email or chat service that does not resolve any issues. It is too good to be true. We feel like we have been ripped off. Majic jack does not work, waste of money, rip off, a scam, a nightmare & not only waste of money but also waste of time chasing solutions that will never be there...
I returned the product unopened for a return and the company is denying receiving the product and is refusing to refund my money. I asked for a supervisor or an address to send a formal complaint and was told there isn't one. That is crap. They are running a good scam don't get sucked in like I did. If you happen to go through the same issue and was able to prevail please by all means let me and others who are experiencing the same problem know how. So we can get the money that is rightfully owed to us returned.
I received a fraud alert that three charge attempts were made on my account by Hydroderm Skincare in California. I received my credit card bill on the same day, and saw 2 more charges (one for $8.90, and one for $38.85) and I have never heard of this company or ordered anything from them. I tried to find out about this company and saw reviews from others with similar experiences. I have no idea how they got my credit card number. Beware! There is a major scam going on with this company. Can someone please locate and lock up these crooks?
Yesterday I was in a rush to get home vai the mta bus service my sister and I were waiting for the bus and she had a nine month old baby in the carrige with many bags we were waiting for the bus to come. He shows up and we ask him if we need to fold the carriage he says yes! AND SLAMS THE DOOR IN OUR FACE and begins DRIVING OFF! some very kind young girl was standing near by and whatched the scene she ran after the bus holding it up and letting the guy know how nasty he was and admonoshing him that HIS JOB WAS TO TAKE PEOPLE FROM ONE PLACE TO THE NEXT the driver instead of apologizing pulled to the side and announced that "THIS BUS IS OUT OF SERVICE" and sent us all of my complaint is that in New York woman with babies are being treated like they did some crime why do we allow people with wheel chairs on the bus and not young woman with carriges!? these young babes are the ones that ARE GOING TO BUILD our population and our USA definetly not nasty people and I really want to thank whoever that girl was for sticking up for us and I appologize that no one else on the bus had the dessency to tell the driver he was ever so WRONG!
Just type Cashen and Associates, Nelson Cashen, [protected], [protected], [protected], gogigo.ca, gogispirit.ca, landport etc. etc. and you will find the many scams he is trying to pull off on the internet. Need I say more?
Don't ever, ever, ever park your car here. My 2006 Nissas Altima got hit in this lot & I found somoene elses's keys in my car. After contacting Corey the manager, he instruced me to call Christie Brisco [protected] to take care of the repair. I must have called her 10 times with no return call. Corey also promised me to reimburse me for mailing the keys back to him which he never did.
Do not ever, ever, ever use this lot.
I saw this advertisement in the New York Daily news for a free sample of viapren strips which I called for the sample.I was told it would cost me $9.41 for shipping and processing with a whole lot of offers which I declined.In less than 10 days they took $48.73 from my account!I am very upset!Thia is a scam because I did not authorize it.Thieves!Worse of all, the product did not even work for neither of us.
SCAM! It does not work.I even have a side effect of ringing in both ears.
L & S engineering is Lindseys Engineering from Ballarat ! Rips people off, by not paying his debts to suppliers ! shuts business down for 17 months then pops backup as a new business in a different state. Work i had done is not up to workmanship. And after did some digging around, i found out that he is not a qualified engineer.
Do not trust this guy.
I booked a roundtrip flight thru Orbitz.com because they guarantee if the same flight is found at a lesser rate, you would receive a refund. NOT TRUE! My friend booked the exact same flight, yet was only charged $244, whereas I was charged $265 plus $6.99 fee for making my reservation online at Orbitz.com. When I spoke to customer service person, they said the price guarantee only applies if a similar flight is booked thru Orbitz.com. How is it that Orbitz.com gets away with advertising that they offer the best prices, which they also supposedly guarantee? What a joke! Why would anyone in their right mind pay to book a flight thru Orbitz.com when they could easily book a flight at the airline's website for free AND get a cheaper fare?!? I will not use Orbitz.com ever again and advise others to seriously think about using them. If you want the best fare, DO NOT USE Orbitz.com.
I ordered the HDR-sr12, Sony Camcorder from this company. I asked a two -day delivery, it came on time, two days, However after looking at my billing statement. I noticed they actually charged me $115.92 for over night. After speaking to the supposed owner (Kevin Glass) He refused to set my account right. It seems to me this is how Kevin Glass makes his margins. Rip-OFF ? I don't know another word for it.
Ordered 6 tapes, 4 were bad. Took two months to get RMA. Returned in June and still have not received replacements, it is now Oct. They have promised six times to ship the replacements that day and they still have not shipped. I have left message with receptionist, voice mail at office and voice mail on managers phone. The calls were never returned.
I purchased a "NEW" item from Geeks.com. It took 2 weeks to arrive. When it did, it was clearly "USED" the packaging was ripped open, the instructions were missing, and the cd that came with it was in a ripped open celophane bag.
When I asked for a replacement, I was told "go to the site and buy it yourself"
They sell used or returned garbage as NEW.
Purchased a Vonage phone line for my fax machine in late June 2008. My fax machine did not interface with Vonage's line. After several calls to the company's customer service & tech support, decided to cancel. They changed me to a "fax line". It also didn't interface with my fax machine. When I canceled the service (10/2008) I found out that they would not accept the return of the modem, plus they charged me a 39.99 cancellation fee (I was unaware of both), plus they cut the line with three weeks remaining on my already paid monthly bill and refused to refund me the last three weeks on the paid invoice.
I have been using Y!A for a long time. On many occasions they delete asker's question ONLY due to the its administration's liberal profile. They delete a lot of questions with a critic of Mr.Obama or his wife. A lot of users raised this question: Why their question was deleted?
Today was peak of my frustration: a) Y!A never gave me a chance to answer a question about Mr.Obama (I was kicked out while trying to answer), b) the original question was deleted right in front of my eyes as it criticized Mr. Obama.
These biased practices toward the loyal users are really disgusting and unacceptable. The Y!A administration must not be baised and delete questions or comments of the people strictly due to the asker's criticizing the opponents..
