I purchased a Dell inspiron E1705 on 8/06. While I was using the computer, it got HOT as fire. I removed the battery and let the computer "cool down". The next day the computer worked ok and continued to work fine, until one day in March it would "boot" up but then would go blank. It has not worked since.

I have spoken to Dell Corporation, stating the above, and their response is "It is out of warranty so you will have to pay to have it fixed. they said they thought the mother board got fried.

My complaint is THIS COMPUTER WAS FAULTY WHEN I BOUGHT IT. Otherwise why wwould it get HOT --that is not normal. II requested Dell to either replace or rrepair the lap top at their expense.

Dell said, "not under warranty, you will have to pay.

I do not feel that is fair since it is obvious that the computer had a problem or it would not have gotten hot.

Capital One No hassle Miles Card changed the terms of their earnings reward program with little communication. They halved the earnings previously earned for cash rewards rather than on a go forward basis that resulted in lost cash earnings.

Early this year, I moved and paid my final bill to Verizon. In fact, I had overpaid them and received a check for a credit. Later I received a bill from a collection agency (AFNI). I spent several hours on phone calls, making copies and faxing the agency proof that the bill had already been paid.

Yesterday, I received a bill from another collection agency (Allied). I called them. They said that the reason that I was still getting letters was that Verizon had not cleared the bill. So I called Verizon. They said that my balance was zero, but when I reached the Financial Services they said that they were still showing a balance and there was nothing they could do; it was now up to the collection agency. Needless to say, I'm not happy. If anyone out there knows of a class action suit against Verizon for this type of egregious behavior, I would be happy to join it.
Called to complain about not receiving the defective printer replacement that I have not received after two weeks. I have been on hold for 3 hours and 17 minutes.

I purchased an extended warranty on a Bissell Vaccuum. When I took it into a Sears authorized service center, they indicated that it was unrepairable and to contact Bissell. Bissell indicated that it was past the one year factory warranty and to contact Sears. I am now in a loop of calling Sears, Bissell, and Sears Protection Company, with each pointing at the other. Conclusion, this extended warranty purchased through SPC is worthless.----Update, after numerous calls, SPC finally stepped up and gave me a new vacuum. I am now happy- but wonder why I had to do so much phone work to get this done?
Circuit city tried to blame me for a defective LCD screen. I did not damage it in anyway but they tried to tell me I did. I will be pursuing legal action because I am not paying for a mistake that I did not commit. I also paid for an "Extended Warranty" which is an absolute joke.

On March 13, 2017 I gave birth to my first child(boy). At the time I was married to his father and we lived in South Carolina. Shortly after giving birth(hours after) my husband, his father became abusive, jealous, and dishonest. I decided that it was time for me to leave. But he would not make that easy. On March 24th of that year it all came to an end when he beat me and attempted to kidnap our son. I reached the phone to call my mother in Florida, she called the police department in South Carolina. Within hours they came, took a report, and arrested him for Domestic Violence. That was my chance and I took it. I had no money, no job, and did not know what I was going to do. I was escorted to CASA (Citizen's Against Spousel Abuse). Which is where me and my son would live for the next three days. On March 27th asked if I had anywhere safe we could go. I said "Yes" My mothers home, she lives in Tallahassee, Florida. They purchased a Grey Hound ticket and took us to the station.I could only bring three bags so I left 75% of me and my son's life in another state. After riding for over 20 hours, we arrived at the Greyhound bus station in Tallahassee, Florida my mother was there waiting. A week later I would go to Legal Services of North Florida to ask them to take my case. They accepted my case. Then my nightmare begins. A Lawyer & Paralegal team with the names of Mark Taps and Karen Bowden are assigned to my case. Since then I've been given the run-around and lied to constantly. It is now October 2017 soon it will be two years since they have taken my case and I still don't have my divorce.

The electronic controls of my oven went dead. I called a service technician. He said I needed a new part #[protected]. After waiting for two weeks for the part and continuing to hear "the order is in process", I called and was told that the order is on "back order" and is not available until October 30th. This means that I will be in without an oven for over 6 weeks. I am going to have to cancel several dinner parties, and find an oven to borrow to make 400 cookies for another commitment I made. Whirlpool rep says "this sometimes happens". I bought a Jenn-Air, supposedly a top line for Maytag for dependability and ease of service. Maytag repairman are only lonely because they can't get the parts! By the way, this oven is only 3 years old.

On 24 September 2008, service order was placed on the ATT website for package for residential service and DSL Elite. Installation was scheduled for 29 September 2008 before 8P and a confirming order number was provided and telephone number assigned. No installation was performed under the installation service contract and, upon notifying ATT, the first call center handler was incompetent and refused to refer to supervision, dropping the call to a national call center with someone who had no idea of why the call was referred, with the national call center dropping the call back to Michigan (when the original call was routed from California). The Michigan call center proceeded to give an incorrect number for the CA/NV customer complaint center, where another incompetent entry level call handler refused to refer to a supervisor. The order was re-placed in another name with consent on 30 September 2008 with a totally different set of web pages accessed for the same package. The order, placed, was accepted, and generated a confirmation number and no specific installation date (only a response within 3-5 business days). The web site failed to honor the waiver of activation charge (installation fee) which is and was clearly stated on the website and on other websites. An email response indicated that ATT does not service the service address (when it is the California regulated phone monopoly for dial tone access) when ATT was contracted to the same address 2 weeks earlier for the same or similar services under a different number. In addition, the cell phone under contract to ATT began messaging that 'this is not a working number' when the account is and was current, causing significant damages to the consumer. $10 was also assessed in fees on the cell phone to call the business office when these calls were and are supposed to be free. This is now subject to CA PUC complaint and legal action against ATT in the local jurisdiction for breach of contract and unfair trade practices/fraud.

My refrigerator is stainless stell (or rather should be). it has rust streaks all over the front doors. maytag representative told me to have a technician come over to determine if it is defective or environmental. if it is defective, then they would replace the doors. the technician determined it was defective, called maytag and they said too bad, they are not replacing the doors.

I recieved a charge on my October2008 phone bill from att of 14.98. It was from a company called The easy Yellow Pages inc. I called them to say that we did not sign up for their services. I wa told that my husband signed up for the service through a 3rd party websight as a promotion for a free iphone, laptop or gift card. They said that he did this on Aug. 11, 2008. He said that he did not. We know that "free" does't mean free on the internet. I spoke to operator 1008 on oct 2, 2008. And was told that one credit will be placed on my bill and the service will be canceled. I am upset that they could not provide the name of the 3rd party website to me so that I could not file a complaint on them. And If i did not watch my bill they would have beaten me out of $15. I just wanted to warn people of service.

I have a 2006 Trail Blazer that front end alignment was out at 23, 000 miles at just normal driving it takes that long to ware, and then it just started shutting off driving down the road and made very dangerous situations with my family in the car.

A charge on my mastercard showed up in the amount of $89.99. The TLG AUTOVNTGE company was contacted and said I had been a member since 2007 and the fee was for roadside service for my car. I told the person that I never had the service nor had I every ordered the service. The person said the fee would be reversed on my credit card bill. I notified my credit card company and reported to disputed charge on my card. The web site of TLG AUTOVNTGE indicates that numerous complaints have been reported for this fraudulent activity.
We received a Low Introductory Interest Rate Offer of 5.9% to transfer balances from other Credit Cards. After making two payments Priority Club stated we missed a payment and raised our rate 28.9%. After further review we made a payment two (2) days before the billing statement date. (The billing statement runs from the 5th to the 15th of each month and I made a payment of the 3rd.) After talking with the Customer Service Rep. I was informed the we "Could Not" make early payments and that the payment we made two days early was posted to the previous months bill. (So you would think that your next months bill would be $0.00 due.) This made the next month statement late, but the worst part was they charged a "Late Fee" of $39.00 and that months bill had a $0.00 payment due.

So we received a $39.00 late fee for missing a $0.00 payment due and then increased our interest rate to 28.9%.

Today at 8:13 am in the morning somebody bought someting in amazon (79 dollars); in the noon at 12:00 I check my bank accoun and I noticed that there it was a pending transaction and the amount was 79 dollars (in my country is a lot money), so I called my bank to block my account but when I told them that I din't my that transaction they just told me that I needed to wait until 30 days to put an inpungnation (they are so...).

That's the reason that I request you to do something to cancel that transaction in AMAZON, they didn't answer me; before will be too late.
On August 22, 2017 I purchase a 30" Samsung 305T LCD computer monitor.

On September 8 it stopped working.

I called Samsung on Sept 9. They said I would receive replacement monitor within 2 weeks, I gave my credit card for shipment to my house, it was to provide return shipping labels, on receipt of the returned monitor it was to credit back my credit card.

Three weeks later got call from Samsung, they don't have any replacement monitors.

They offered to refund my purchase price. (THIS WAS ON SEPTEMBER 22, 2017)

As of October 3, 2017, one month after reporting the failed monitor, Samsung still hasn't given me back my money, provided or provided a replacement.

Samsung says it will be another 4-6 weeks before I get my money back. Altogether it will take Samsung two and 1/2 months to give me back my money for its defective monitor.

Samsung telephone support sucks. Ever person you talk to has to start from the beginning, they can't provide information on the status of getting your money or replacement monitor.

What good is a three year warranty when to get the warranty benefits takes three months.

DON'T EVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS; ESPECIALLY ITS MONITORS.

I bought a Dell 30" replacement. Works wonderfully. My experience in last year with Dell, deliver and service issues has been good. I'll stick with Dell and not buy another Samsung product.

Sears failed to fix my refrigerator during warranty period. Later required me to purchase an extended service warranty for $252 before they would return to repair in June 2008. The final repair/diagnosis was that the compressor was partially blocked with some sort of contamination which would have to have occurred from the manufacturing factory.

I was stunned to find that Porsche will not warranty the clutch on my car with 20, 000 miles. They say it is a wear out item like wiper blades and I should bend over to the tune of $3500.

I have owned 2 Pontiac GTO, 3 different VW, Triumph TR6, Chevy Monza, Ford Tempo, Mazda B2200, Mazda MX6 and Mazda Miata with stick shift but only a $64, 000 piece of junk Porsche ever had a clutch problem.

This company is nothing but a rip off to comsumers and strong arms the general public who do not know any better. they take funds from a person, s account without authorization and always go for the buyers who complain about any items or services that do not comply with their idea of worthiness. the seller has NO options with this company. they are an offspring of that other rip off, Ebay, so it figues. how can these people get to be so huge and sucessful! Guess it must be the stupid american people that makes them so.
I reserved a truck with a credit card and the day of pick up they didnt' have my truck. No explanation, no apology. They said they would call back and didn't. I tried calling customer service for hours - spoke to 3 people. I hung up on me because she didn't want to deal with me. The other 2 were useless idiots that did nothing but waste my time.

on top of everything they wouldn't take my complaint - said my "order" had to be closed. Now my credit card info is out there in who knows who 's hands!

I bought a ticket for my son through Cheaptickets.com and my son had the worst time in traveling, first the Egypt airlines flight from Beirut to Egypt was at 12.45Pm they changed the time to 9 Pm so he had to wait at airport from 10Am to 9PM, then at Cairo airport he waited about 18 hours and he had a lot of bad time there because of not caring for his checked in luggage, he had to search for them and take his bags by himself to the right place and made him pay 150 Euros for travel changes, they told him that he has to contact ticket provider for these problems, I contacted Cheaptickets customer services but they said that they might not be able to do anything but the'll try?this was the first and last time that i take a ticket thru Cheaptickets.com and i will make sure to tell everyone about his ordeal because it was really a hell time and no one can explain it but himself, so here i am writing so everyone knows what to expect at some airports.

I bought a laptop over four months ago. The tech support team told me the hard drive and optical drive were bad. But the ownership was not in my name (even though i signed up on their website when I bought the laptop) it took about 4 weeks to transfer the "ownership" to my name... that was about 3 weeks ago... now it has taken them 3 weeks to ship the drives to my house.

Everytime I call the manager is not their or "busy" the few times I am transfered I am on hold for at least an hour... sometimes 3 hours. I have been told about 3 times it will be 1-2 more business days... and about 2 times it will be 2-3 more business days... it adds up to be some times next year... DELL is the worst company... as of right now I am planning on getting anyone and everyone involved that I can... this is stupid... and I am fed up

If you know anything that I can do... news team, lawsuit, goto a dell store... anything... please let me know

NOW THEY WONT GIVE ME THE CORPORATE CONTACT ON THE CHAT LOG.
Why can't they get the order right?

Last night at our local Sonic Drive-in in Nevada, MO, and my family decided to try their Angus Burgers.

We placed the order and in a reasonable length of time they brought us our food. Not only was the meat cool and under cooked, but they hadn't filled the order correctly. We called to complain, they sent out a new sack of more of the wrong stuff, still cold.

The third time we ordered our food, the assistant night manager refunded our money and basically asked us to leave. He was rude, even though we explained that we had never gotten what we had ordered.

His only comment was that he had prepared the food himself. I am so very happy for him, it still wasn't correct.

I personally know the owner so I know nothing will ever get done about it. He could care less about his customers.

I personally will never return to this drive-in and I may never stop at any other Sonics for that matter either.
