I was charged $149.90 by that company even though i do not even remember ordering the product. Actually i had ordered another product " Amazon diet" from them, and had also canceled, and returned the product. So, i was surprised, when i got another bottle of "2 day slimdown" from them on Sept 11th.

However i shipped it back to them on the same day, and i thought that was the end of it. But today i checked my bank account, and was shocked to see that i had been charged $149.90 by them.

I have been trying to contact them, but no one answers the phone, and also no replies to my emails. I called my bank, but they say that since i had given them my account info, they cannot consider it as fraud, and will not file a claim. I finally had to close my account, and open a new one.

This unauthorised debit, has really hit me hard. Does anyone know how to get my money back? And any newbies stay away from this site, or you will be scammed too.
I wanted to transfer cable/high-speed internet service to a new address. Called Comcast and was told that there would be no charge for the transfer and it could all be done over the phone. That's where the nightmare began.

I told the Comcast CSR that I would be moving within the next three days but wasn't exactly sure when. The Comcast CSR told me that he could work it out so my service would overlap so I wouldn't lose any service at either location. "Great!", I told him. Two hours later I lost my internet connection and then my cable TV. So I'm stuck at the old address for three days with no internet or cable. So I finally move to the new address excited get my cable and internet again. Remember, the CSR told me it could all be done over the phone. Guess what, it can't. I moved a few things into the new location and excitedly hooked up my internet and cable equipment. No cable or internet. Called Comcast and asked them what could be the problem. "We'll have to send out a technician" they say. "But I was told that it could all be done over the phone" I say. "I don't know who told you that" they say. "We have nothing on record stating anyone told you that." Comcast always says things like that. Four days later, the Comcast tech shows up. So I'm out of service for a week due to the incompetence of the Comcast CSR's.

The story doesn't end here however. I call to cancel the tranfer after a day of service. I move back to my old address and try to explain the situation to the Comcast CSR. "No problem" they say at Comcast. "The transfer never went through and we can take care of this over the phone." They tell me I won't be charged since the transfer never went through.

A couple of weeks go by and I get a bill from Comcast for $231.72 for my service at the transfer address. I had just paid $167.46 for my old address. Called Comcast and they told me that the computers send these letters out automatically and not to worry because I wouldn't be charged.

Two months go by and I get a letter from CMI collection agency. Now, my perfect credit rating is in jeopardy. Hello Dish Network!
After renting a car from this location, I discovered I was mistakenly overcharged by several days. I made numerous attempts to clear things up via manager Nelson Fotu. He has been the absolute rudest and most insincere person I have ever dealt with. He has made NO effort whatsoever to work with me, nor attempt to resolve the situation. He obviously does not care about customers, nor about maintaining relationships with them. I am more upset about the way he has treated me and handled the situation than I am about the situation itself. I have dealt with a lot of people, a lot of mistakes, and a lot of businesses. Never have I been treated so poorly and felt so degraded by another human being. Enterprise should be very embarrassed and ashamed to have such a disrespectful & DECEITFUL employee working for & representing their company.
Last July 2007 I signed up through a phone representative for the Verizon Lifetime $14.99 per month DSL Service Plan promotion. Only a year later Verizon has broken the Lifetime contract and raised the monthly rate to $23.99.

I am sending you a complaint against Fedex. HP sent me a shipement for reparing my computer through Fedex on 9/18/08, I got a notice from my door it says Fedex delivered it at 9:30 am on 9/18/08 to my home but I was not at home and they will try to deliver it before 10:30 am on 9/19/08. I stayed at home called Fedex at 8:00 am on 9/19/08 asking them to deliver it to me as soon as possible and I waited at home for that. Nobody showed up, I kept calling Fedex about five times to let them deliver it to my home and I waited about 11:10 am on 9/19/08. There is still nobody came to my home, then I left for my business. I called Fedex again at 8:00 am on 9/20/08 about delivering the shipment to my home, they told me they can not deliver, I have to wait until 9/22/08. I called them at 7:00 am on 9/22/08 about deliver the shipment to me, I told them very clearly please deliver it to my apartment management office just beside my apartment because I don't have time to wait at my home. They told me it is OK, they will deliver it before 10:30 am on 9/22/08 to the management office. I called management office at 11:30 am on 9/22/08 to check if they received a package from Fedex for me, they said they did not receive anything from Fedex. Then I called Fedex asking they why, they told me the management offic was closed. I called management office again, they said the management office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F and there is always someone in the office. I called Fedex about 5 times again, request them to deliver to the management office on 9/23/08, they told me I have to write something with my signature to let the driver to deliver it to the management office before 10:30 am on 9/23/08. I wort a note about deliver the shipment to my managment office on my door with my signature to the driver and left home. I called Fedex at 11:00 am on 9/23/08 to see if the driver deliver or not, they told me the driver already delivered it to the management office. Then I called the management office to check the Fedex package, they told me they did not receive anything from Fedex and there is always someone in the office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm everyday. I called Fedex again asking they why they lied and lied a lot of time to me? I also sent about 5 emails to Fedex customer service about the bad experience I had with Fedex. I called HP I did not receive anything from Fedex, HP also called Fedex asking them to deliver the shipment to the management office. Fedex never deliver the shipment to the management office, I told HP they should get refund from Fedex and never use Fedex again, because Fedex is such a bad service for people.

Thank you very much and looking forward to hearing from you soon!

After speaking to Dell technical support for two hours they installed drivers on my computer that caused it to crash requiring re installation of the operating system causing me to lose all my data. Both another technician and his supervisor stated it had been done in error but sorry there was nothing they could do except have me pay to retrieve the data from my hard drive.

I went to freecreditreport.com expecting a credit report for leasing an apt. Before I even finished, I had to enter personal information. Once the credit card numbers were pulled up, I exited. The lovely Experian.com, a supposedly trusted name in credit reporting, has forwarded my credit card numbers to CIC*Triple Advantage, which has enrolled me in their great protection program. None of this was presented to me, or emailed to me.

I have yet to receive one email from this service that I am paying for. Nothing. I had not swiped my card, entered my card information, or authorized the charge. Please advise.

Around three months ago I was purchasing movie tickets off of movietickets.com. I was prompted with an advertisement for a $10.00 voucher if I signed up. I proceeded to enter my email address and my name. It did not say anything about monthly charges to my credit card. I did not realize it until this month that I had been being charged $12.00 a month for the past three months. After doing some research I learned that they were able to get my credit card information from movietickets.com just for filling out there advertisement. I am in the process of getting a refund.
Let my start by saying that I was an enrollment advisor for University of Phoenix Online, and AXIA/WIU Online under Apollo Group for 3 years. I recently quit from my position as one of their highest paid advisors. Paid on the amount of enrollments I did in 2003. I also completed my MBA/MKT while there.

For all of you in this forum defending this organization, you are simply spewing ignorance and rehashing information provided you by this organization. Please stop, you are not doing any good and I am sorry to say this, but you are wrong. So wrong that it borders on ignorance.

Let defend something for a moment. The company as a whole does contain good people, some of which do try and help and have good intentions. The problem stems directly from one man the CEO, Brain Muller. He has set in motion internal policies that create a hopeless scenario for all within the organization. They either comply, lose money, or are fired. When you start threatening a person's lively hood, they will usually fall in line. This is why so many good people have had to deceive or lie to potential students, and why you see so many reports in this forum.

There are many things that can be addressed here but let's start with some basic things. Accreditation. UOP Online is Accredited by the North Central Association of the Higher Learning Commission (Perdue Shares the same body as do many other schools) However, this really does not mean anything.

Yes, UOP has their programs screened and verified by the HLC, but their accreditation is not reviewed for years. What most people do not realize is that it is extremely hard to loose accreditation once you have it. There is no active monitoring of courses or instructors. Any audits that take place require UOP be given advanced warning.

This means that can basically provide sub-par courses for outrageous prices. Yes, their classes are a joke. If you believe that college is about shooting emails back and forth via Outlook Express and working in 'Learning Teams' then you are delusional. Fact: Learning Team arose as a reaction to an audit by the Federal Government on UOP's financial aid usage. They had to require learning teams in order to maintain Title IV funding capacity.

As said before, UOPO is fully accredited, but they do not require the GMAT for the MBA programs. What does this mean? It means that they do not have AACSB Accreditation. Here is more on that: http://www.aacsb.edu/ This is why when I present my MBA to professional organizations, they laugh. Sorry to inform you, but your degree is not as valid as you want it to be.

Next I would like to address the organizations misuse of funds. They have been for many years now, embezzling monies from their employees and Title IV funding.

Let's start with Title IV. As mentioned about, they were abusing access to funding in the late 90's by claiming student living expenses on their report for on campus housing. Hmmm, online makes that a little hard to validate. They were using this money as venture capital to finance growth and investments. They continue to do so till this day, just in a different way.

First, you must understand the accounting variables that go into a billion dollar company. There is money flying all over the place on their balance sheets. Income, expenditures, investments, etc. It is a fact that UOP has continuously decreased its amount of new enrollments each year since its peak in 2003. This is part of the reason they rolled the UOPX stock back into Apollo group last year. However, the CEO's Brain Muller and Todd Neilson still need to generate shareholder interest to keep the stock high.

Now, if there is a decrease in enrollments as compared to prior years, but the CEO is still claiming huge growth in years to come, how does the company make up for that? By counting scheduled students as enrollments for their report without every actually having those students start.

There is one problem. Smart investors can look at organizations financial statements and tell if they are losing money. So how does UOP make up the money difference in the accounting department? 2 ways. First, it decreases the pay of its employee workforce and (for years) violated AZ and Federal Overtime law by making overtime mandatory but refusing to pay employees overtime wages.

A quick search online will reveal the lawsuit filed by the AZ Dept of Labor last year and the $10 Million settle UOP had to pay. 10 Million? Sounds like a lot right? Not when you consider the amount it saves over the last 20 years by not paying overtime wages. Somewhere in the 100 million mark. Wonder how they were able to grow so rapidly?

Second, accounting is basically money in, vs money out in an organization. When you are dealing with a billion dollar company, it is hard to keep track of every dollar. One might wonder why UOP Online takes so long to distribute Title IV funding to students. They tell you it takes 2 to 3 months, this is a lie.

The money is in the hands of UOP a week or two after you attend your first day of class. Why do they take so long to distribute the funding? Two reason. One is to keep their official default rate down. Considering they lose about 30% of enrollments after the first class, it would look very bad for them if all these students started defaulting one loans they done think they need to pay back because they didn't take a full class.

So it is official UOP policy to hold the funding in accounts until the person has completed the first few weeks of class. This allows them to send the money back if the student does not complete the class without reporting anything to the lender. The student is then in debt to UOP collections and not to the lender. Not to mention, FA doesn't pay for dropped or failed courses. What of the money in the holding tanks for months at a time. Hmmmm. Well, when you have over 100, 000 students, 80% of which use FA in the sum of roughly 15K per year, they are basically counting that money as income for the organization even though technically it does not belong to them yet.

What that means is that they can invest monies, gain interest or assets with money that does not belong to them. Sound illegal? Borderline, but impossible to prove through accounting audits.

Questions from the public.

Yes, advisors are trained to lie and manipulate. I did this training myself they call it the AMOPS process. It is a technique used to manipulate leads into buying a product.

Yes, advisors are paid off of the number of enrollments. It's called the Matrix; they changed it in 2004 to look more in line with requirements of the DOE. This led to a record number of pay decreases across the board, a record turn over rate for employees, and a mass exodus of their top advisors.

No, the degree is not looked upon as being high quality. I attended the ground campus with 2 managers from Intel here in AZ and they showed me a memo that went out to their managers stating that they are no longer allowed to hire graduates of the BSIT program at UOP.

No, you will never be cleared by the collections department. Yes, EAs will tell potential student that student loans do not need to be paid back.

Yes, the CEO once said that he wanted to be the Wal-Mart of education. Obviously without the low pricing.

No, the cost of tuition increase has nothing to do with expenses, it has to do with showing income on the books.

Yes, there is a promotion every month.

Yes, you should select your own lender and choose to have the funds distributed to you, even if that means you have to wait to start and pay for the first class out of pocket.

No the people who defend this place have no clue what they are talking about.

Yes, I know there are probably typos in this so you tards that want to point them out, save your fingers.

If you have any questions post them in here and I will check in and try to answer them.

Peace. Oh yeah, if you want to get to the root of an issue here are the names of the top executives in the organization who promote this shady crap. Brian Muller CEO. Vince Grell VP Enrollment, Aaron Wettstien Director North East, Trish Elliot Director NE WIU, Larry Etherington VP mkting. Brett Romeny Senior EM. Kristin Tursinni Senior EM, Nikki Fossi Director and the most viel manager of them all, Jacob Nevzoroff. The list goes on.

But you can call [protected] and ask to speak with them and they will transfer you. Or you can take their fist name dot their last name and add apollogrp.phx.edu on the end and that should go directly to them. Not really sure on that one though.

I bought a house a few years ago with HomEQ and because of my credit score at the time I ended up with 2 loans through them. One for the bulk of the amount and the second for the remaining smaller amount. Unfortunately I had an adjustable rate (of course it would be applied to the larger of the two loans). I knew this upfront so I expected the rate to change after the initial 2 year fixed period.

I have a somewhat unique situation where I get paid once a month and its typically the 3rd week of each month. I work as a government contractor in Iraq and have been here for almost 4 years now and thats just the way my company pays me. I tried to get them to make my payment due after my payday but they said they couldn't do that and it had to be on the 1st of each month.

The only way they said I could fix this problem was to make 2 payments initially so that I was always paying ahead one month and I would never be late or behind. I did this for both accounts on my first payment and everything was fine for about 2 years or so then everything went down hill.

I started receiving letters and late notices stating that I was behind on my house payment. The odd thing about it though was that I was only behind on one of the loans, take a guess which one was behind... you got it... the larger of the two loans. I started making phone calls and talking to everyone I could at HomEQ to fix this problem and since I am in Iraq and they are on the west coast I had to wait until midnight my time to call them. I found out that they had incorrectly applied the second payment on the larger loan to principal instead of applying it as an actual payment.

I had to call them many times to try to fix this and was told every time I called that it would be taken care of and every time it wasn't. They even reported it to the credit agencies which lowered my credit score.

Eventually someone there said it was fixed for good and would be applied correctly and they apologized profusely for the error on their part, I even received a letter from them stating that it was fixed and they went as far as to correct the issue with the credit reporting agencies.

I thought the problem was solved...I was wrong! About a month later I received another letter, this time they added late fees and said I was over 3 payments behind and they also increased my monthly payment. As I said initially I knew the rate was adjustable so I figured it was just a matter of time for them to raise the rate so they could make more money, the only problem with that train of thought is that all the interest rates have been dropping due to the economy we are currently in.

When I asked them about the rate increase they explained it in terms a college math professor couldn't understand and once again apologized for the mix up with the initial problem and said they would fix it. That was about 3 months ago and in that time they have not only raised my payment again, which is against the written agreement I signed (it states they can only raise it once every 6 months) but I have also received more than 4 letters saying that I am behind on my loan and the amounts increase every letter I get (I get a new letter about every week)... from 2k in the first one to an astronomical $9500 on the most recent letter.

I mentioned before that I am in Iraq and this type of harassment just makes my job that much harder considering I have enough daily stress just with the location of my job and the local environment. I am not the only person who has spoken to them about my situation. I enlisted my grandmothers help via a power of attorney. My grandmother has owned a real estate company for many years and is quite knowledgeable in these types of matters.

She has spoken to them more than I have and is having the same issues with them. The most recent letter I got stated that I am behind almost $9500 + late fees and they are going to foreclose on my home. It goes on from there but I think I have written enough for you to know how they operate.

I know my story isn't much different than many of those out there dealing with them with the possible exception that I am going to pursue legal action against them. Many of the posts I have read involve people who for one reason or another cant financially afford to do this and I completely understand that and am not saying anything negative about them what so ever... Ive been there myself!

If anyone who reads this wants to get involved with me on this please don't hesitate to contact me so we can discuss this. I want to see them shut down and not just slapped on the hand with a ruler for being bad. I am not one to easily give up either so this should prove to be interesting and possibly even fun...

Good luck to all involved with them and for those of you who aren't already... STAY AWAY!

I am 74 years of age and my health failed. I am handicapped and unable to work. I owned 8 bank credit card a and notified the banks that I could no longer make any payments on their cards. I had never been late or missed a payment. 6 of the banks were cooperative the 7th where i had 2 cards was not. The first of the cards had a big balance and my wife who still works said she would take it over since she had used it the most. We filed the necessary papers and she makes the payments. The 2nd card which carried a much smaller balance is the problem. The bank claims she is a co-applicant on the card and I advised them she is and was not. I requested physical proof that she signed on as a co-applicant and they said they would send it. We have received nothing but the run around and this is now in its 4th month. They finally admitted that the application was done on the phone and that because they have her SS # and D.O.B. that makes her a co-applicant.

They also send statements with the correct account number on it and their collection letters list a different account number. We questioned it and the reply was 'we changed the number for security purposes and sent you a letter and new cards'. We said we never received either and contacted their archive department and have received 4 letters that this changed number does not and has never existed. Now they say that they inadvertently did not mail the letter or the card, but the numbers are the same.

My wife offered to settle with them on at least 8 times and asked only for proof that she was a co-applicant. They tapped danced the subject and refused to put a supervisor on the phone. They have canceled the card in question and her other card which was in good standing and they have also advised the credit bureaus that the cards are canceled for non payment.

The attorney general of florida can do nothing because this bank is NA which is not under any state control. I am sure they have disregarded some truth in lending law. Do they have to furnish proof that she was a co-applicant?

I am sure that she was a authorized user on the account which means she is not responsible for the debt.

I purchased 5 yr. extended warranty policy when I purchased new dish washer in Sears store. After I get home, I realize that the policy expiration date is 1 yr. shorter than I expect. After calling store back, I was informed that 5 yr. master product protection plan is actually 4 yr-1st yr. is under manufacturer warranty. The person on the phone advised me that it's written on policy and he can not do anything about it. After reading through the entire pre-print document, I finally locate this statement. However,

1. The term of 5 yr. is not true and shall not be called 5 yr. plan. Car extended warranty policy kicks in after initial warranty expires. Why and how can this policy be written in this tricky term? Can 90% Fat Free milk be labeled as 100% Fat Free milk? Can 55% Poly; 45% Cotton fabric be called cotton rich? What happened to Federal Fair trade regulation?

2. The sales rep in store never explained this REALITY. Shouldn't customer be informed needed information in details prior to purchase?
I have PPO Health Insurance and I totally regret going with Western Dental now! Some of the people I know said that they were cheap with braces and I didn't hear any complaints. I guess I should of done a little more research! The Western Dental I am complaining about has very bad dental assistants and they are not professionals at all! While I was lying down on the chair getting ready for the wires to be put on my teeth, the dental asst who was to put on my wires totally carelessly hit a sharp tool that flew across over my face from my right to my left, hitting my left hand and than fell on the floor. All the while she was talking to the asst right next to my left. Than when she was trying to fit my back end tooth, she was working on my left and kept on trying to get the fittings that she wheeled to my right - soooOO, she would carry that sharp tool very low and across my face, each time making me flinch with worry that she might carelessly scratch my face with her sharp tool. She was talking all the while to the dental assistant across on my right... gosh! what an experience! Okay, and that is not the end of my complaint! AFter finishing with the wires, she didn't ask me if I was comfortable or if I wanted to see a mirror to check out the wires. She just told me I was done and to go to the receptionist. So i went and all the while using my tongue to feel how the wires were in my mouth. I kept on feeling bumps on the lower front tooth and the back end of the wires wouldn't let me bite down at the end. When I got home, I checked my lower tooth and there were cement on it. I called the office to make sure those cement could be brushed out... the receptionist was so rude! Each time I asked her a question about the wires and if the cement would come off, she would be half listening to me and half talking to someone over at the office! How ****** rude! I didn't get a straight answer..all she kept telling me was to wait a few days and if it didn't feel normal than to call in and make an emergency schedule! After awhile and trying to keep my cool without yelling at her, I just gave up asking my question because she kept on talking to someone else at the other end...

I am so mad at myself for turning to WEstern Dental! I will NEVER EVER recommend Western Dental to anyone! even if the price is cheap! I guess you get what you pay for but in this instance, I don't think I'm getting what I'm paying for! I'm getting cheap service for what they're asking me and my insurance to pay them!

I have also sent over 5 emails because you can't get through to them on the phone. I have been waiting since 06/12/08 for my refund, and I have filed a complaint with the BBB. If that doesn't help, I plan to file a complaint with the appropriate state government office, go to my local tv station, and do whatever I can to warn other military families and others not to trust them. I'm a pretty easy going person, and if Continental warranty would have just responded to 1 email, I would not be this mad.

Chooseme123 - beware! MAJOR PSYCHO. Our "First Meet" he did something that made me take a step back and re-evaluate every email and phone call we had had. I politely/honestly (as requested) told him why it would not work. He proceeded to email a barrage of hateful emails, and blocked me so as to "have the last word" I texted his phone. Assured him not to worry, I would lose the number. He called (I did not answer) and left message threatening me to call the police if I called him again. He then texted me 3 times, all within two minutes using vulgar language.
I am a citifinancial customer in good standing. When I would go in to make my payment I would ask the girl what other loans were available. Unbeknownst to me she ran my credit 5 times lowering my score for no reason. One time I specifically said "do not run my credit unless I am interested" and she still ran it. Very inconsiderate and illegal and damaging to my credit score. This was at the Saugus, CA office. It is not necessary to run a report on someone who is open with you and in good standing unless they say they want another loan (refi or heloc). To this day they insist they could not give me any in for such as a payment unless they ran a credit bureau. I know that not to be so. They could simply give figures and say that is assuming your credit score has not changed since we made you your current loan.

Today is 13Oct08, I called to see if it was possible to have an extension on my loan until the 31Oct08, was told no that, I needed to find the money because the latest date I could have would be the 17Oct08. I explained that my son had gotten sick and that his insurance coverage had been terminated, and that I was currently working on the issue so, I had to pay out of pocket the representative Amber was so rude, and then ask for an supervisor Todd who was even ruder stating what I could and could not have as if the money come from their pocket. I was even informed because they were three paydays in Oct what was I going to do with the up coming payment explained that car payment, car insurance and daycare were due. I was then told to ask for and different with car note, I explained to them that I had done this in Feb08. I felt so degraded today like I was giving my life history for $254.53. I was told by the supervisor to ask and family member I explained to him that it was not possible that everyone I knew was struggling. The point I am trying to make the loan I have had for almost two years I pay, they don't have to send me any threating letters, it has never posted to my credit over thirty days past due, and to treat a human like this when they see and hear what is going on with the economy.

Do not shop for a vehicle at EEE of Springfield, VA 22150. I purchased a BMW and the service engine oil light came on, so I took it in for an oil service change or resetting of the service light. Everything was working on the vehicle until that day, after picking up the vehicle; I notice a fan was continuously blowing even though everything was turned off. It had never done that before, so I called the dealership and they told me that was normal and it was just the fan cooling the engine off. I contacted the service department and they told me to come-in for an appointment on Monday. They took my vehicle and after 2 hrs of waiting they told me that the AC blower was bad and they had to order a new one. Later-on that afternoon, we came to pick-up the vehicle and they stuck us with a bill. Within 30 days of purchasing a vehicle from these people, they could not have the decency to take care of product they were selling that was probably bad from the start. I strongly recommend that no Military personnel purchase any vehicle from this dealership.
Hsbc should be ashamed of themselves but we all know that they are not. Everytime I call I get the automated system that goes around and around and never gives you a live person. Then when they call you it is someone who does not clearly speak English. I do not know the names of the people I spoke with because I barely understood what they were saying. This is every month. I mailed payments and they opened and sent them all to the bank at once when they were dated and then they could not understand why I was upset then they took 6 weeks to return the fees to me. I had to change banks because of the way they do business.
I purchased this TV in October of 2017. Shortly after, on January 15, 2017, the TV quit working. The authorized repairman said it was a board and buffer failure and these components were replaced under warranty.

This past July, I turned on the TV and there was only audio and no picture. I returned it to the authorized dealer and it took several weeks to diagnosis the problem as a failed Logic board and small signal board. Below, I have provided a breakdown of the estimated costs:

Logic Board $ 150.00

Main Board $ 430.00

Labor $ 175.00

Tax $ 52.00

Total Amount $ 807.00

I called the Philips assistant line and was informed I need to respond in writing. I can honestly say this TV has operated less than 10 hours a week. Given the past history of this TV, why would I take the risk of spending that significant sum of money? This amount is more than half of the original purchase price.

I would think it would be in the best interest for the company to protect its reputation and image and keep its customers satisfied. Regardless of your one year limited warranty, a seldom used TV should not have three major component failures within a 1 year period. Despite the warranty period, many good manufacturers will stand behind their product to build customer loyalty.

Despite my numerous correspondences with Philips, they will not offer any type of assistance. My objective is to make my experience known to as many people as possible and hopefully they will avoid future disappointment with their poor quality product and substandard customer service.

1st Mistake -Trusting Oprah.com and Dr. Oz to promote reputable products.

2nd mistake - was ordering the 'free' samples of Ultra Lean Green Tea and Wu Yi Green Tea on the website link provided by Oprah.com.

Dubious Business? You decide.

Sep 22/08

- Ordered online free samples of Ultra Lean Green Tea and Wu Yi Green Tea. Same day response by 'Customer Service' to confirm the 'order' of the free sample. Two phone calls received, one from each product company. Neither time did they mention they were from the same company.

I tried to buy a home at the Clayton Homes Greer SC location this past August. I have a foreclosure from a previous marriage on my credit that can not be removed until 2014. I was told by one of the Clayton reps that all I needed to do was provide the divorce decree stating that I was not held responsible for the debt and if I had property that would be my credit. I provided the divorce decree and bought land, still no home. Rep. stated I did not need to pay off the land we would do a "land/home package".There is also a sign up at the location in Greer that states “Your Land is your Credit”. When I would not purchase the cheaper home that the rep. wanted me to buy I could not get financing then. I spoke with a rep. today that told me that the land had to paid in full before i could use it as collateral. This is false advertisement and very misleading. I will be contacting my local news, news paper & Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a Bikers For McCain T-Shirt, with 2 day delivery... That was 10 days ago, and they charged my credit card twice.. They better hope that I never find someone that works there... Someone please get these reviews to an appropriate person that can get these crooks! What about the better business bureau? Whatever you do, don't buy anything from this company...

Well, this link requires me to use all 100 words for this complaint review... If anyone finds out anything about these crooks, please put the information on this site so we'll know whats up.
Everhome refused to accept the renewal of my insurance company and they applied their own insurance company, who was charging nearly 3 times more. After several months of calling customer service they accepted my original insurance. But continue to charge the difference. We are still dealing with their customer service and continue to play the hot potato game being send from one dept to another dept. Each dept claims it the other dept to fix the error. Mean while they keep collecting the extra monies for the insurance that we do not have with them. Please email me if you have a similar problem.
Direct tv scheduled to come to our house between 8am-12pm for new service. My husband took off work to wait for direct tv to show up. At 11:50am direct tv calls and says they don't have enough receivers and would have to come back later in the afternoon. Direct tv should have called in the morning to let us know that they weren't coming between 8am-12pm.

My husband lost time and money waiting for direct tv to show up. They have no respect for people. We told Direct Tv we don't need your service. I would not recommend Direct Tv to anyone.
