It says it washes 2x the leading value brand, well it doesnt. It doesnt make the bubbles that dawn does nor do they last as long. it may smell nice but it certainly cannot be compared to 2x anything. I will not purchase again. I have read your complaint files and see that your track record leaves a lot to be desired so I dont have much faith in a reply.

Desired outcome: refund if possible and no I do not have a receipt but the bar code # on the bottle is [protected] thank you for your consideration.
