I responded to the "LOVE IT or your MONEY BACK" offer for Swiffer products.

It stated that if I was not completely satisfied with a swiffer product for any reason they would refund the purchase price on a prepaid card. I have fulled out the form and attached my purchase receipt, along with the original UPC product labels and they have NOT refunded my $41.32 purchase price as advertised.

All of this information was sent to ; Swiffer Money Back Guarantee at Dept 43430, PO Box 6132, Douglas, AZ [protected]. I have called them at [protected] but have NOT received my refund. Please HELP.

To Whom it May Concern (consumer relations warranty division) at P&G,

I am writing in hopes that P&G can please help me with this issue. I purchased a Braun Mini Hair Remover, Electric Facial Hair Removal for Women order number [protected] on July 15, 2022, for $26.56. I will send proof of purchase by mail but, can supply if requested via email.

9/19/22 I tried to use my razer and the product did not remove any facial hair as it had done previously. I first tried cleaning it which didn’t fix the issue. I tried replacing the batteries with fresh ones which didn’t fix it.

On 9/19/22 I phoned 800-272-8611and the gentleman that helped me with my warranty claim told me that the issue my shaver was having was not fixable and that the solution offered would be a visa Gift Card issued to me. I asked if there are replacement heads for this product and the representative said there are none. He said the gift card would come within 7-10 business days. I verified my information as the following:

10/4th or 5th 22 I called Braun's warranty line and spoke to Brandon who said the visa refund card would come in a week. He said he would contact the bank to get more information and follow up with me.

10/17/22 I called Braun's warranty line and spoke to Cheryl who said she would follow up with Braun’s bank and get tracking information and follow up with me.

10/18/22 Spoke with Cheryl who called me back and said the card would be here by 10/25/22.

11/9/22 Brandon left me a voicemail and said to call back and confirm my address and gave me a reference number of [protected]. I called right away that same day and updated my address with a rep. at this point I can’t tell who I spoke to but, the address I gave originally is the same information Braun has.

11/19/22 I called Braun's warranty line and spoke to Mindy whom I gave my address again and she said Braun will reach out to me after she sends my information to her team to investigate why I have not received my refund card yet. I asked for a manager and she said no one was available. She said the bank was having trouble issuing the money.

12/5/22 I called the Braun warranty line again almost 3 months after my first call asking to please help me with this refund after waiting on hold for 25 minutes listening to the message on the wait saying we appreciate our customers which were hard to hear because I feel that I am not appreciated. I spoke with Mindy again using the same phone number of [protected] pressing 1 English, 1 consumer products, and 1 again after being transferred once and having to hold yet again. Mindy when asked about the status of my refund said she could not look up with any tracking information about my refund and said my only option was to call the bank that issued the refund. I asked the name of the bank she said she didn’t know it. She gave me a number of [protected] which does not work when dialed on multiple attempts. I also asked if she could transfer me to a manager or a team member to help me and she said no one is available. I also asked for the address to send in a complaint which she reluctantly gave me as the address I am writing to. I also asked if electronic payment was possible with a refund to my amazon account but, Mindy said that was not possible.

Since I have tried for so long to get the promised visa gift card for $26.56 all I can do is write the company to complain about the lack of warranty support. I am hoping that someone can please help me on this matter.

This order was cancelled immediately as it did not have water pic. Please reimburse my money plus postage of $17.00. I gave information online and froze my credit card, all to no avail, I still received the products I did not want after all. The information was sparse as to where to return the products and free shipping.

I will track this package.

I purchase 2 or 3 large 200 oz bottles of ERA weekly to wash dogs beds and blankets at my dog rescue and also to wash the drop clothes used for my painting business LISA"S PERFECT FINISH PAINTING LLC. Recently I bought 3 large bottles and put them on the shelf as I always do untill the next one is needed. To my disappointment, I entered the laundry bay at the shop where my Painting business is centered only to find there was ERA all over the floor. Each bottles had a slow" leak / seaping issue" at the seam around the bottle. After a disastrous time consuming clean up of a lot of wasted detergent, I've decided to send you a complaint and see if you are willing to rectify the situation at your expense. I spend a large amount of money on ERA each month, roughly 400.00 in ERA and an additional 400.00 on DOWNEY for the dogs blankets and beds.

800.00 a month for the purchase of your products is a lot of money to spend. Hoping to resolve this matter fairly with you.

I ran out of laundry detergent and went to the corner store (Toronto, Ontario). I saw Zero on the Tide label and bought a big 2.04L bottle. It said it was clean scent ... I was very very wrong. I did 4 large loads at our laundromat (Bain Apartments Cooperative). The smell is absolutely awful. I have washed them 3 times (a lot of money) and they still have that unnatural nausiateing artifical citrus scent.

Now I'm stuck with this huge bottle of awfulness. The corner store (Lukes, on Logan Avenue) will not take it back or give me an exchange. OMG

I paid nearly $20 plus tax. Too much for awfulness.

Please let me know what I can do about this problem. HELP ME please.

You have recently added something to your Charmin toilet tissues and rebranded them as Ultra…. Ultra soft, ultra plush, ultra strong, even ultra GENTLE! I thought I would have to go to the gynecologist for a horrible disease until I figured out it was the tissue. Please make some change because I’m sure I’m not the only one affected. Other companies try to emulate your better products so I am running out of alternatives. I’d rather use Charmin but I surely can’t! Please!

I have used these for many years and are quite satisfied with their use.

However the boxes have gone from containing 44 a couple of months ago down to 38 and now only have 24 in my order from Morrisons a few days ago. This means you have effectively reduced the number by 50%, meaning you have increased the price by that amount.

I know all prices are being increased due to the cost of living but this is totally excessive and is just not acceptable. Do you not care about your customers enough to increase by a smaller amount? Many people are struggling and hygiene products are an essential part of our lives, items which we cannot do without yet you just expect us to pay for goods which have been increased by 50%.

A few months ago i made a call to your company in regards to the spray on my two bottles of Secret spray deodrant not working.

I was sent out two coupons to replace them, but i have NOT been able to use these coupons at any stores.

I am calling now and have a 'case number' 2023 2098 but been on hold.

For a billion dollar company the customer service lines are not at all user friendly to try to get in touch with someone.

Now... having said that.

Please be kind enough to let me know what to do next?

I've been a consistent customer of Fairy Non-Bio Washing Tabs for years, generally I wouldn't buy anything else. On the last 3 occasions, I'm getting more and more fed up having to try to separate the tabs, as they are becoming stuck together. Over the years we have come to expect a few getting stuck together, but on the last 3 occasions, I'm finding that 10/15 and on this last occasion over 20 of the tabs are stuck together, splitting when I try to peel one off, and I'm left with unusable product swimming in a puddle on washing liquid. I attached images of the issue, I'm not sure what you can do about this, but if it continues, then I'll be buying a different, and likely cheaper product.

54 washes now become 30 washes and is proving to be too expensive to continue to purchase.

I need the original Foamy Shaving Cream Sensitive. I have used that for years and was very happy with it. The only brand/company that I could tolerate. The new can has an extremely offensive odor that makes me nauseated. I buy sensitive because it doesn’t smell. Now it does and I can’t use it. Please tell me where I can purchase the original Sensitive Foamy Shaving Cream.

I have purchased this product for over 2 years and lately am considering switching brands. Out of the last couple months many of the aerosol spray deodorants that I've purchased will not spray. Nothing happens when I try to spray the canister. It seems to be a flaw in the bottle. I've had 4 bottles over the last couple months that I've had to just throw away almost completely full and all for the same reason. The spray mechanism doesn't work.

I purchased a 10 package of Kleenex puffs plus lotion, after opening the package all of the boxes were open at the end. I physically had to tape all of the boxes. The serial number was [protected] , the product was purchased at BJ’s in Oakwood plaza in Hollywood, Florida. This needs to be brought to someone’s attention, because I shouldn’t have to tape Kleenex boxes.

I recently purchased two boxes of Purim’s Friskies OceanDelight canned cat food, which I have used for years. The most recently purchased boxes contained crushed, dented, destroyed cans. The boxes were not damaged, but after feeding my cats a few times, I discovered the damaged cans in the center of the box. A photo of some of the damaged items will be attached.

I have a bottle of downey april fresh fabric softner that I just opened up. I shook it good before I opened the bottle. It is so thick that you cannot shake it out of the bottle, it has an almost curddled consistency, I tried to dissolve a tablespoon in hot water to see if I could get it thinned enough to put in the washing machine. It was waxy and did not dissolve. Can fabric softner go bad? I needed some that day so I purchased a new bottle and it was more liquid and did a good jobe dissloving in the rinse water. I bought this because I always use downey and it cost a little more but wanted to try it, well to my surprise I have a washer with a tray that pulls our and I put my Tide in one side and the fabric softner in the other so I don't miss using my softner, well this one I mentioned about for some reason (this is the second time) it's happened the softner doesn't dispence into the rinse cycle, I had a washer man come out to check if their was anything wrong with the dispenser and he said no it was the fabric softner my other Downey works fine and I have almost a full bottle I'm trying to use and another in my laundry storage and Kroger's won't take it back because I don't have a receipt even though I shop their ever week, I guess rules are rules

So I was wondering should I delute it with water and see if that helps it work if not I'm out about 14.00 dollars

For the past 6 months the bristles in these toothbrushes now fall out and into your mouth while brushing. They actually poke into the gumline and cause bleeding. Why are you cheapening your product. Reading your website you are supposedly "waste" conscious. So, your goal should be to stop filling our landfills with inferior products. Protect your customers from harm. Imagine swallowing a bristle - they are very sharp. Very disappointed in a product I have used for years

Sept 23, 2022 I am unable to get a sound out of my Swiffer Wetjet (it does not spray), despite changing the batteries (this is the model with 2 batteries and I changed the batteries twice trying to resolve this problem) and after watching youtube videos, attempting to remove the motor cover to check for rust, which was impossible to remove the screws. This Swiffer is less than 6 months old and I have not had this problem when purchased and I have had other previous Swiffers that lasted years. At this point, I'm doubtful on buying a new Swiffer for fear that the same problem will occur.

Maybe it is possible after buying a box with pods to sell a bag with pods. Maybe some more to give clients the feeling it's worth it. Just to make the plastic soup too big. The problem is world wide too big to avoid. To achieve all this, you have to make commercials. So that people all over the world understand what this means. I hope you will do this. Just to savs the world.

I purchased Crest Pro Health and Old Spice Game day. The toothpaste busted out the sides but I am trying to use as much as I can so not to waste it. The Old Spice deodorant the turn knob broke and so I have to use it to push up the stick as I go. This is the 3rd one that this has happened to me on. Just thought I would pass along that your manufacturing system is not seeming to be up to par.

My biggest irritation is the "cheap" zipper to reseal the bag. Once inside the bag it smelled wonderful but it was because one of the pods had leaked all over the bag. So I had to store it in a real "zip-lock" bag that works.

Women esp, today need products to work as advertised. I have yet to find a zip lock made cheaply that lasts more than a few times. Your product did not even work for me from the first.

So I will have to go back to the heavier plastic containers which take up more room in storage.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could make a zip lock bag that actually works without needing supernatural strength or a college degree to figure out what the instructions genuinely are to make it work.
