I'm writing to you regarding Ariel platinum + extra.
I washed my curtains in these tabs, when I took them out of the washing machine first of all the tab had melted in the rubber around the machine door and my curtains were stained mauve, so I thought maybe I give them another try, so today 19.04.2023
I decided to wash my large grey bed throw, again the same thing has occurred, I have had to re wash it twice more and spray with a stain remover as again the tab had melted into the rubber of the washing machine door and mauve patches all over my bed throw.

Tide Pods
I have a front loader washer and have been using Tide Pods for several years but in the past few days as I take the clothes out of the dryer, I am finding undissolved pods. I don't wash in cold water so they should have dissolved as in the past; I even did one load with hot water and the same thing happened. I always place them in the washer first and never overload the drum. Even with the heat of the dryer, they did not dissolve. I had to run to the store and buy a bottle of liquid detergent and wash the clothes again. Please advise. I like the convenience of the pods but may have to go back to liquid detergent to avoid having to do double duty.
Ariel All in 1 Pods - Pods stuck together
Good Day
I would just like to bring to your attention a problem with the most recent box of pods I purchased. Six of them were stuck together in two's as in the picture I am attaching and so when I used one I could not get them apart without breaking one. This was a total waste and I was really disappointed.
I enjoy the product and will not stop using it, just wanted to alert you to this.

Fairy non bio platinum washing tabs
I have used fairy non bio washing powder for years and found it excellent. However I recently bought fairy non bio tabs by mistake as the packaging is very similar.
I thought I'd try it but unfortunately both my daughter and I suffer with sensitive skin and we immediately reacted and came out in a rash.
I am stuck with a load of tabs I cannot use. 
However I write to ask you to consider changing the packaging to ensure customers are clear whether they are buying the platinum or the original as there is clearly a difference.

I am informing you to advise why I will no longer purchase your febreze air spray air fresheners. While I have been a loyal consumer for years within the last few months I have 3 of the canisters cease to spray when they were still 1/2 to almost full. The product won't spray. This is not the first time I have had problems with this product. I usually return the product if I still have a receipt or end up throwing it away. Since making a complaint regarding your New Formula, Ariel" (Fast Dissolving). My wife is still having to scrap out the soap dispenser with a scraper to remove soap which as harden?
Although we have received your email' 1 February 2023 there was no further contact regaining the above complaint. Sadly, after many years of using Ariel without confronting any problems like we are seeing now and with our local Tosco's only selling this new Ariel' we will need to move away to a different soap powder. We would like to invite anyone from P&G to come and test your new formula,

Fairy platinum 'dried-on soils' dishwasher tablets
Purchased tablets at local Countdown Mosgiel supermarket. 
Using P&G products without issue, I have no complaints about general performance of the product, however... the issue I bring to your table is this: 
This product, FAIRY Platinum, it would seem, has stripped and critically damaged 'heat applied transfers' on decorative Star Wars ceramic mugs 
(see attached images). 
Mugs were gifts, have sentimental value, etc. The stripped image issue did not occur before switching to your product. Sorry.
I like your product in general, convenient, well packaged (apart from the obvious caustic environmental issues of single use packaging being obvious) I have no other issues concerning performance and cleaning ability...but, the images being damaged are a blight on the favor the product might otherwise enjoy.
I hope we can reach some kind of accord.

Desired outcome: In an ideal world I'd like the Star Wars cups to be replaced, or otherwise exchanged for something equivalent.
I always buy Fairy dishwasher tablets, however this time they are all stuck together, it looks like some of the tablets have split and the contents have got on all the other tablets, I have tried separating them but that didn’t work. I have taken 2 pictures if you want to see them.

Febreze Canister Does Not Spray

Bold washing pods

We are currently having problems with a box of washing pods that we recently purchased in the UK.
They often smear the front of the machine door, or fail to dissolve properly and leave temporary marks on the clothes we are washing. In one instance, I removed the finished washing, only to find a completely unused washing pod. We mostly wash at 40’ and occasionally at 30’. Our modern LG washing machine is always set to spin at the maximum for the selected program, up t 1400 RPM maximum. The view from Customer Services would be much appreciated

I always purchased in the past your secret spray deodorants. So I purchased your new secret aluminum free dry spray and I am so disappointed in it. After you spray it, it leaks from the top or at times continues to spray which is very bad as that you can get it in your eyes, or face. Plus, it drips and gets on your hands. P&G spend $100 and get $25 thru costco
I have bought P&G products for more than $100 and submitted electronically the copy of the receipts on 5 Sep 22. Per the P&G program initiated by COSTCO. I waited for $25 Costco Shop Card as advertised. In Dec I asked my local Costco customer service person. He told me that because of the holidays, the mail may be slow. Since I did not get in Dec, again I asked the Customer Service and he gave me the [protected] to call. I was informed to open my account to check the status. I could not either access or open the account. Then I called [protected], then I called [protected], and asked about the $100 card. I was informed I did spent $100 to get $100. That is why I did not get the check. The next day, I verified my receipt. I spent $119.53 on seven products. When I called 5 Jan 23, I was told I was late. I should have called before the end of 2022. I submitted on time but you made an error in counting. Please verify one more time the marked attached receipt which I submitted on 5 Sep 22. I regularly purchase Febreze products and have always been a loyal customer due to the high quality of the product! However recently I have found that a lot of the Febreze Air sprays have defects when attempting to utilize them. Seeing that these products are not cheap by any means, one would think that a company such as yourself could manufacture a more efficient spray apparatus. If this continues to happen, you will lose many valuable customers!

Febreze small spaces air freshener
I just got home from Walmart where I purchased a two pack of Febreze small spaces air freshener. I have used this product dozens and dozens of times. I pushed the button in on the back of one unit and went to set the unit in place. That is when I noticed the thing that holds the liquid inside had broken when I pushed in the button. ALL the scented liquid leaked out of the unit as I walked in the house with it to go set it in place. On my clothes I was wearing and onto the carpet. The smell in the house is overpowering, I am getting a headache from it. Thirty days' worth of scent was release in a matter of seconds. I could not wipe it up since it leaked all over the carpet. First time I ever had this happen. This had to be a defective unit, I have been buying these for years and never had this happen. So now I have the doors open for fresh air and the heat on since it is cold outside. I need to take a shower and wash my clothes to see if the smell comes out.
Desired outcome: I really think you should replace the defective product.

crest stand up tube toothpaste
i wanted to make you aware of my personal complaint about this product now that it is finally empty. I really dislike this kind of tube. i only use crest toothpaste and decided to try the one that stands on end. i am one who meticulously squeezes the tube from the end and find this style awful. the lid never recloses, even though i clean the inside. so i leaks when i lay it on its side. it is impossible to effectively remove all of the toothpaste because you cant squeeze the area around the cap without cutting the tube open.
