While traveling through Virginia on 1/9/26 I attempted to make a reservation at Tru by Hilton for that same night. I found the room on Priceline's site, filled in the date of 1/9/26 (that night), entered payment information and clicked Book Room. The site changed my booking to MARCH 1, 2026! No warning, just changed the date! I tried to get customer service but it's only a Chat Bot and that Bot said it changed the date to the next available date FOR THAT PRICE! I wasn't booking a price, I was booking for that specific night! Worst booking practices ever and ZERO customer service.
