My wife booked a rental car on Priceline on April 5, 2025 for $303 (include collision damage). Trip # 77877430518.
My wife arrived at Santo Domingo, and YORK Car Rental picked her up, but they would not let her pick up her car unless she signed a new rental contract. She did not have a choice so signed a new contract for DOP $30,000.00 (US$479.94) . Priceline will not refund the original $303 to us.

Claimed loss: Priceline charged both $303 (on 4/5) and $479.94 (on 4/8) to my credit card. We called Priceline customer service multipletimes, but they refused to refund the original $303.

Desired outcome: We want the original $303 rental fee to be refunded since YORK Car Rental refused to give the car to my wife and forced her to sign a new more expensive rental contract.
