Purchased Holiday cuisse on April 15 two cabins. paid $500 deposit for each room total $1000 key work deposit. Unfochinatly I went on a cruise with MCS which by the way is peace of shed company also they changed the stops because of hurricane and they where the same ones which I was supposed to go in December for new year. So I called Priceline today August 25, 2025 to cancel both cabins this [censored] low lives told me that not only they would keep $1000 of my deposit they also forced me to pay $100 per cabin to cancel this [censored] took $1200 from me. I know price line been in business for 25 years its very unfocinate and I my self purchased lots of tickets from planes to other stuff and did not read the good folks revies myself and apologies for that paid the price today my self. This people are low life crocks. Saying goes until it hits your [censored] you don't realize but from no one I will check feedbacks from places I buy things.

Recommendation: Never stay away from them use Kayak they are nice. Book Your cruse at their website
