Priceline.com review: Hotel purchase - not receiving the free breakfast

Booked w/Priceline for a Hotel reservation for January 2027. The reservation says its supposed to include breakfast. But through Priceline, their sister company Agoda intercepted my payment and booked the rooms. According to the hotel, the free breakfast was not included from Agoda's booking. Been going back and forth w/both. none wants to fix it.

Claimed loss: Hotel says each breakfast is 400 pesos (approx.$20 US Dollars), multiple by 3 people, multiple for 3 nights, comes to about $180 extra on top of what I paid for the hotel rooms (2 rooms, 3ppl).

Desired outcome: I want either or, 1) the free breakfast to be included in my reservations for both rooms, 3 ppl, 3 days or 2) cancel my entire reservation with a FULL REFUND of my hotel purchases.
