Priceline booked a hotel in Nice France at Hotel Westminster for 2 nights. We had a medical emergency before we left on our trip and had to cancel the reservation which we did 11 days before the scheduled stay. Along with not disclosing they were handling the reservation for Hotel Westminster as a third party they are refusing to issue a refund which is illegal since we were well within the cancellation period. Priceline is dishonest both in the failure to disclose they were not the Hotel Westminster (we called the number listed on the Hotel's website) and now they are refusing to issue a refund.

Claimed loss: 1895.03

Desired outcome: refund full amount of 1895.03.
