Please can you help me. I had redeemed a card through Pureprofile and then swapped it for several store cards - including price line. I tried to to redeem it this morning. They scanned the bar code, added the pin, told me to delete the card from the wallet as it had been used. However the $ 30 wasnt deducted from the total of my purchase, and my EFTOS card was charged the full amount. I was advised that unless I could get the card re added to the Prezzie wallet, it was too bad so sad. I had to do surveys over three days to accumulate the points to get this card so I get my prescription fill. The money it took from my EFTPOS card was for my food. I have been unemployed for 6 months and dont get welfare. Please can you help me get it back? I got it yesterday. The firl who had entered the card details was standing at the check out, apologised it had happened b ut that was it. It wouold have been easy to have checke3d the till at the end of the day to see if it had been recorded. The entire situation occurred f(from what I could tell) by the original staff member saying she didnt know how to process it and instead of getting a supervisor to show her how, changed her mind and got the girl at the next door till to change places with her and complete the transaction. From the docket it seems the replacement girl cancelled the original transaction and started again. Unfortunately she also cancelled my gift card.
