On August 25, 2025, I was leaving Bismarck, ND. I was traveling with my son and grandson. I am anxious when it comes to flying. The doctor prescribed me one pill for the trip. I took it at 5:00 pm as directed by my doctor. I had a panic attack while trying to board the plane in Bismarck.

My flight was scheduled to leave Bismarck at 5:20 pm. I was told at 5:15 pm that the flight was delayed because there were expected thunderstorms in Denver. I then spoke with the employee at the counter and told her that I would miss my flight to Tucson. Then she gave me tickets to Phoenix, AZ. I asked the girl how I was going to get to Tucson. The employee stated to talk to United once I got to Phoenix.

A flight from Denver to Phoenix is cheaper than flying to Tucson. It's about a 250.00 difference.

I was supposed to arrive in Tucson at 8:33 pm and didn’t get to Phoenix till 10:01 pm. I was supposed to start a new job on 8/26/25, which didn’t happen due to this plane issue. I had to pay someone 300.00 to come get us. This person had to take off work as he is a Nurse. The person I had to have come and get us drove 123 miles there and 123 miles back to Tucson. I finally got home at 1:15 am on 8/26/25, which is four hours later than when I was supposed to be home.

I am requesting that I get a refund for these issues.

They did nothing and they didn't take responsibility

Recommendation: Don't use Priceline
