Priceline.com review: 3rd time abandoned by priceline

Priceline ties up with international airlines in asia and europe. It sells the tickets on its portal and claims to be able to change or not, cancel or not these tickets via its portal. But this is NOT true. If your international flight is delayed or cancelled or if you have to change it for ANY reason priceline abandons you. It tells that you have to contact the airline though the ticket was bought on PRICELINE's portal. The airline will refuse to service the ticket saying it was sold by priceline to customer. This has happened with the tickets that Priceline sold for AirIndia, Thai Airasia and Malaysian airlines between 2017 and 2023. Not only do they abandon, they wont reimburse the tickets or give you a different ticket. They abandoned my wife when she was stuck in Singapore and infected with Strep viral, abandoned me when cycle Michaung hit chennai and when I was in thailand. The domestic airlines warned me to buy always from their portals and not via Priceline. Clearly Priceline lies to passengers who book tickets for non-US destinations that it owns these tickets. They refused to give anything in writing and wouldnt direct the call to the manager either,
