Central Snow

central snow inc is the worst company i ever dealt with. there always late and never call you back.

I paid for snow removal from Central Snow, but they ain't doing their job. It's been over 40 hours since the snowfall on December 22nd and they haven't come by even once. I've called, left voicemails, sent emails, submitted online tickets, and reached out on social media, but they ain't even bothering to call me back. They're supposed to do this as part of the contract I paid for. I got stuck twice trying to leave my driveway with my little one in the car. I had to shovel parts of the laneway myself to avoid getting stuck again. This is ridiculous because I paid Central Snow to do this. Their competitor has come to my neighbor's place three times already, but Central Snow hasn't even come once to my place. I followed their ticketing and complaints process, but they still ain't responding. I'm so mad.

I been usin Central Snow for 2 years now. Theyre service is cheap & dependable. They always come on time to clear my driveway and walkway. I never had any problems with them. Highly recommend.

These guys do a great job. Never had to call them back. It's great they send out emails to tell of the time they will be plowing. We are very pleased with this company.
