Pottery Barn / Williams-Sonomadelivery and customer service

I ordered a leather chair and couch and was told upon ordering the chair would be delivered by December 15 and the couch may be first week in February. We were expecting company and counted on the chair being delivered, even removed our old chair and never received the chair. I called and spent hours on the phone and was transferred and transferred and disconnected several time to get nothing resolved. I need to know where the chair is and why I've been charged and never received the chair.

    What date did you place the order? Unfortunately any time an item is on backorder, it can never be guaranteed that a product will be guaranteed on the estimated delivery date. You will need to contact Pottery Barn directly.
