Popeyes review: This section is worthless.

1st issue: Total came to just under $10.00. Seemed like over-charging but the girl checked and that's what it is. At those prices, I won't be returning.

2nd issue: After discussing the cost of the meal, I handed her a twenty dollar bill. She gave me change for a ten. And that was after some discussion (in Spanish and some attitude).

3rd issue: After leaving the establishment, I drank some tea and it was NOT unsweetened as I ordered but full of sugar. As a diabetic, I can adjust my insulin to accommodate for the breading on the chicken. But there is no amount of insulin that will keep me in range for the sweetened tea. So that got thrown out

When I check the receipt, the order taker had gotten it wrong. I was unable to catch it because there was no verbal order to read back or screen to view. And because only Spanish was being spoken, one has to believe that a language barrier contributed to the error.
Bottom line is that I paid over $9.00 for overpriced chicken and a drink I did not order or could consume. I'd say you guys get an 'F'.
