Went to your store on April 11, and will be the last. I went in no coleslaw, no chicken ready. Floor dirty, staff complaining about being tired. Nobody in the store so there wasn't a rush or anything. It needs to be overhaul. They dropped my food in the water dispenser and wanted to still give it to me. Lots of people have complained about this Popeyes and nothing seems to be fixed. The food is burnt when I got home. I end up wasting 10.00 and threw it away.

Desired outcome: Find people willing to work with different attitudes. Give me back my money.
