Popeyes Injury at Popeyes New Castle, PA

This has been going on now since October 2022. I was injured at Popeyes in new Castel, PA when eating a chicken sandwich. There was a very hard object inside the chicken which caused me to crack a crown on my tooth. I wasnt even halfway through on my meal. I brought it up to the counter to show the manager and he seemed not to even care. He did not have any accident reports to fill out, but he did call someone, and I was informed that I would hear back from the company. I did get an email back in November where it states I would be compensated. That was the last I ever heard. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Not professional at all. I was not even asking for much just a few meals commentated for my dental bills. I spoke to Viky and she assured me it would be taken care of. It's now March 2023 and never heard from anyone.

Can someone Please Help me with this matter?

The last I heard from one of the Representatives from Popeyes was back in October and they said I would compensate me in some way for the damage to crown I received. I never heard from them again. Popeyes Recent visit to popeyes was unfriendly and inside store was nasty

I recently visited the Popeyes on Santo road in Tierrasanta, Ca. around 1pm on March 12,2023. I noticed there were serval customers waiting for their food. So I waited for 7 minutes to place an order. During that 7 minute wait time NO ONE GREETED ME, NO ONE SAID WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY. NO ONE NOTICED THAT I WAS EVEN THERE. While waiting I noticed that the storefront and the cooking area was filthy. the food holding area was pretty much empty and in disarray. I findly left the store and drove to a more welcoming Popeyes located in Lemon Grove, Ca. some 15 miles away. The Lemon Grove Popeyes was a BIG improvement.I felt appreciated, welcomed and greatly respected by the person taking my order.

Desired outcome: I think the management should better train their employees to make the customers feel welcomed and appreciated. And if they are a little busy, at least let the customer know by acknowledging them!!!!

Popeyes Customer service

Hi, my name is Vickie Windom. For the last week I have visited the restaurant and the service is horrible. I have waited today inline at the drive thru for 20 plus minutes. Thats not only me it's per car to say the least. I get to the speaker and wait an additional 7 minutes. When the employee does come on, she goes to say hold, I tell her I already been waiting for about 20 minutes. Her response was we only have two workers. Considering people going on lunch break for about 30 minutes that isn't acceptable. Being in the food industry, that is not acceptable for a restaurant to operate with 2 employees. For one it is unsanitary. I don't have to revisit there but, I am definitely going to contact the state about this. Not only the employee didn't greet me after leaving, nor did she say thank you.

Desired outcome: My food was hot, but my biscuit tasted spoiled.

Popeyes chicken and red beans and rice

New store in Watertown NY on Arsenal Street. Ordered spicy chicken and red beans and rice side dish with biscuits. My chicken order had a funky stale flavor, definitely not what I expected or have experienced in the past. The spices were way off and virtually inedible. The red beans and rice which I have had before and enjoyed in other Popeyes locations, had no beans! The dish was basically rice with a gelatinous red goop poured on it. Not a bean in site! I threw two thirds of the order in the trash.

Popeyes Literally EVERYTHING about this store SUCKS

The crew working had a major communication problem and probably had a hard time reading the orders. We waited approximately 35 minutes for a 10 peice mix with 2 large sides and 5 biscuits. They had our chicken sitting on the counter for about 20 minutes while I guess they were waiting for biscuits to be made and tried to give it to us after everything else waa done. I saw no less than 5 customers come in from the drive thru line with items missing or just completely wrong items on their ticket. Worst part is if the manager hadn't been wearing a different shirt I wouldn't even of known they had one. He literally did nothing to help anyone and just stayed in the back taking drive thru orders.

Desired outcome: COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE THERE! Except the kind older black lady who took our order and kept apologizing for the complete incompetence of the reat of the crew.

Popeyes New flounder fish sandwich

We purchased several flounder spicy fish sandwiches and spicy chicken sandwiches today, 03/07/2023. They were all too salty. Even our ten-year-old and thirteen-year-old stopped eating because of the salt. Far too many people in the USA are obese, have high blood pressure, and suffer strokes and heart attacks due to consuming too much salt.

Please be advised that you make a lot of money off of poor people who support your establishments. Please change the amount of salt that you use on the fish and chicken sandwiches and any other foods that you sell.

Thank you!

Desired outcome: Change (lessen) the amount of salt that you use in your menu items.

Popeyes Product and service

I went to the Popeyes drive through on 2710 Dan Ave Lincoln Nebraska.

It took 10 minutes just to answer the drive through and then I could barely understand when she spoke.

At the window she took my card and charged my account but did not give me a receipt or my drink. I asked for my receipt and she said it would be in the bag (which it was not!).

She told me to pull around front and wait for my food. I waited 14 minutes out front in my car and still no food so I went in.

There are only two tables in the lobby and both of them were dirty and needed to be cleaned and wiped off. There was the manager, a fry cook and the drive through girl working.

The drive through girl went to the restroom when I went inside and I never saw her again (maybe she fell in because she never came out of the bathroom? strange!) the manager greeted me and knew I was waiting for my drive through order, she was talking on a cell phone to "Baby" but did let me know my food would be ready soon.

It took another 10 minutes or so before my order was being bagged. When the manager handed me my food order the bag had grease on the outside of it and I tried to wipe it off.

I had to ask for my sweet tea again and ask where the straws and napkins where because they were not in the bag.

I should have checked my order before I left because it was wrong! I paid for food that I did not get! but was not about to go back because the service was terrible!

I am so very disappointed with the service I received at Popeyes!

I go thru the drive through at least once a week and I have notice the quality of service getting worse. This was it for me, I will not be returning!

Desired outcome: they need more training on customer service. if you don't like your job go get a different one!!!!! it ruined my whole experience, and I will be telling others about it!!!

I am complaining because of a worker being so very disrespectful and real to me his name is Francisco I didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me and talking to me very ugly when I walked away he continued talking to me with his other two workers and laughing so I turned around and I asked the manager that I needed to talk to her because of what he had done she understood immediately and she said that that was unacceptable so I would like to make a complaint of this guy right here he shouldn't be working around customers if he's going to be rude like this

Popeyes Overcharged

I visited store #3894 at approx. 3:37pm. I placed my order at the front counter and had some difficulty doing so. I had to re-iterate my order for a small red beans and rice. No problem! I paid on a separate receipt! However, I was charged for the red beans and rice, as well as an order for mashed potatoes. When I got home, I sat down with my girlfriend to eat when I discovered the mashed potatoes. We consumed our dinner and I then checked the receipt where I discovered the added charge. I called the store at 4:30 pm and no one answered. I left my name and phone number, asking for a call back. After an hour of waiting, I called again. Again no answer! Again no call back! I would appreciate my money back for the item that I did not order and paid for. Thank you!

Desired outcome: My money back and some kind of apology for such bad service and their mistake.

Popeyes Why is this place open?

How is it possible the Popeye's at 744 Russell Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31088 is still open?

I stopped at the restaurant tonight and the inside was closed. I pulled into the drive-thu lane (which is a death trap with barriers that will not allow you to pull out of line) and after almost 30 minutes, I finally pulled up to a menu sign that wasn't lit. I mentioned that to the person taking my order who informed me, "Yeah, it's been that way for a month".

I ordered four spicy chicken sandwiches and two orders of red beans and rice and was informed they didn't have anything but regular chicken sandwiches.

Apparently, they didn't have red beans either, because when I finally got my order, the server told me they didn't have red beans and substituted my order with rice and brown gravy...despite the fact my receipt clearly stated red beans and rice.

The server told me they are understaffed and she was very sorry...

I'm certainly not blaming her, but I'm not sure how this becomes my problem and stops me from getting what I clearly ordered.

There is absolutely no reason for this kind of service and I expect to get what I ordered and paid for.

Popeyes Indoor dining/ ordering

Why isn’t the indoor dining open in Amite Louisiana. I have ordered several times through app and phone I can go in to pick up my food, but I can’t order inside and eat there or take home. Each time I have been inside there are always several people standing around talking. I don’t understand why you can pay people to stand around and talk. I love the food but I refuse to go back until you are fully open.

Popeyes Food Products

Store 4552, I waited 15 minutes for cold chicken, old shrimp, and old red beans and rice. Woke up next morning with stomach pains and throwing up. The shrimp crust was so hard I chipped my tooth.. The out of a 3 piece only one piece of chicken was edible. I never complain about popeyes.. This was absolutely the worse popeyes

Popeyes Service, product quality and customer care

I went to the piplpeyes on 50 in Clermont Florida. I ordered two popcorn shrimp. As we drove off and start eating we realized that these were hard and super chewy. I called location and they seem nice. She did not offer a credit but rather a replacement for them. I mentioned to her I don’t live close and don’t pass by often and was told it will be written in a book with my information. Since I paid with my credit card si can tell you all the dates I been to a poyeyes. They are delicious and I loved them but late not just this location but another slob 192 by sherbets near Disney also forgot half of my order. And the quality of service and food products seem to be decreasing. Yesterday I went back to the location on 50 in Clermont Florida to see about replacement or something different and was told my information does not exist. In addition. The manager Denise refused to speak with me in person but passed on information to her employee to relate to me.

Desired outcome: To see these locations operate with better service, either issue a credit or acutely provide what they say, replacement. But don’t treat people With the respect to their money being spent

Popeyes Popeyes on Youree Drive, Shreveport LA

I went around 5:30pm and ordered the shrimp tackle box. I was told they didn’t have the butterfly shrimp for that, but had popcorn shrimp. That’s okay. Side was red beans and I asked for sweet heat sauce. The response was that they only had cocktail sauce and BBQ. I chose BBQ. The sauce wasn’t in my order, red beans were watery and inedible, and shrimp were rubbery.

Desired outcome: I love Popeyes and would love a free meal to replace this extremely disappointing experience.

Popeyes Poor quality/wrong food received

We’ve been seeing your tv ad w/the fish sand tackle box. Looks excellent in the ad. Not! We stopped at your Cookeville,Tn store# 12986. The girl that took the order didn’t understand our request. We asked 4the Fish sandwich tacklebox item NotSpicey. We started to just drive off, but hated to. At the window, again we confirmed our order. $16.43! For 2 fish sandwich and a large order of fries. We love your chicken but this was really bad.most of the order was trashed. It was that bad. I’m attaching photos. Never again will we stop there, except for chicken. The fries were dripping w/grease and soggy. Just so sad.

Popeyes American Flag flown in disrespect

The Popeyes at 8007 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL is flying the American flag is a highly disrespectful manner. It has either come loose or town and needs to be taken down. This is a US Navy town with 10s of thousands of retired veterans and I hope they all boycott this Popeyes. If you are going to fly the American flag then it needs to be flown with honor. If it becomes worn or tattered it needs to be retired, contact your local Boy Scouts for pick up. These employees and managers walk under this flag every day and if they don't take pride in their flag by ensuring it is flown properly at every shift then they should be replaced. There's no excuse for their lack of attention to detail.

Popeyes Not a Complaint, but a great suggestion for another Popeyes location in PA

Please I am writing to suggest a great location for another Popeyes location in Pennsylvania in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. There are not any good places to get good fried chicken here.

There are two buildings vacant that would be so successful, I know!

In Morgantown, Pennsylvania.

There is a burger king location that went out of business and also an old Pizza Hut that Boston Market tried to be successful, but of course, they closed and their food is terrible.

My husband and I are from Virginia and always went to Popeyes to get chicken so we really miss it up here in the North.

Please check it out. I know you would be very successful in this area. Both of those locations are on the main Street, Route 23 West, that runs thru Morgantown, PA, as you get near the amish area.

Please it would be a top money maker I know!

Popeyes service, cleanliness

Popeyes in Sault Ste Marie Canada, the restaurant is very! dirty. Smells like they wiped the tables with dirty floor water. Tables werent cleared and garbage was on the floor. We waited 40 minutes for our order! Uber and Skip The Dishes seemed to take priority. The staff was quite rude when we complained. I asked for my money back, but was refused! Ill never eat at this establishment again, or order take out. this happened 2023/02/21

I Jacob Campo need my w2s sent to my address from Popeyes at Elmsford NY ask for them when I called was told I don't have time and ill tell her and I give them to Yonkers to be mailed stalling being rude lying and like not wanting me to do my taxes to get paid my complaint is on Popeyes management for their immaturity disrespect and taking a long time to get work done I will never work for these people they should be fired and shut down put out of business or taking over by better managers and employees

Popeyes Popcorn shrimp and service

Tonight we came to the Popeyes on Campbell in Tucson, az. People were angry and leaving. The manager was yelling at the staff. The new girl was left by herself and could not figure out the register. After 20 min wait for our food, it was cold and the spicy chicken, was barely flavored. After eating half my shrimp, I came across a shrimp that had not been deveined. How many, might I have eaten? I don't know what has happened to this restaurant, but my family and I will not be returning.

Desired outcome: Refunded money and training for the entire staff.
