Hello my name is Jackie Lovette in Lumberton, NC, store in question 3301 Fayetteville Rd, Lumberton, NC 28358, [protected]...Email: [protected]@icloud.com I was at this place of business on October 3rd, 2022 to place and order on my way home. I used the drive thru to place my order there was three cars ahead of me. I placed my order it was chicken tenders i payed for my order and was told to pull up and i would have to way for my order so i did. I wanted for some 20 minutes still have not gotten my order so i pulled up and parked the doors to business was locked i could not get in so i waited in the drive thru again got to the window and asked have you forgetten my order i pulled up again the some 10 minutes later i finally got my order, and was told we only have three people working. For a place of business this is not acceptable I can not support a business that has this kind of service. The term fast food does not apply anymore it seems everyone is using Covid 19 to hide behind poor service. At Wendy's doors locked must use drive thru, McDonalds I have to use drive thru or if i go in i have to use the kesos to place and order and now Popeyes it seems customer service is no longer important is this what it has come to. I believe this business is in place to make money if this service keeps up I can not see it staying in business long term. I did not get a receipt so all you have is my word i was there it was about 6:00 pm when i was there.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for two 3 pcs chicken tenders meals and a apology for the poor service and put customer service first and foremost.
