Popeyes review: Service and cost of dipping sauce

I went to Popeyes store # 10731 at 6601 Lake Worth Blvd. lake worth Texas 76135, today 8/7/22 and received very slow service. I was in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes maybe longer. Then as I pulled up the drive thru window the workers were standing there talking to one another and I waited at least 5 minutes longer. Additionally, I ordered the popcorn shrimp combo meal and was charged 54 cents for 2 Mardi Gras Mustards. While I understand everywhere is short staffed these days it is frustrating to see people appearing as if they are not doing their jobs and also to be charged for a dipping sauce that should come with a meal. I will likely not be going to Popeyes anymore.
