Popeyes review: Rude customer service

Went to the Charlotte Pike store in Nashville Tn and thought I had accidently threw away my debit card waiting in line. So went to the side and it had fell on the floor. Went inside and the guy told me inside was for order pickup only. Told him I was in line in drive thru and found my card. He said thought you left gave your food away. There was plenty of food in the bins had some crappy customer service. I’ve worked in the food industry so know he could of rang me up on the register. Poor customer service had to let someone know thanks.

Desired outcome: Left said great customer service was so upset never been treated that way before. Say gave your food away so disrespectful!! Letting you know
