Sunday 11th not sure about time,early night.
My best friend, her 17 year old daughter, her 15 year old son, and I were headed home from a restaurant down the road. The daughter asked if I would stop by Popeyes because her 19 year old boyfriend, an employee there, called to tell her to stop by and get her."vape." Her Mom said it was OK. Well when we get there the female he had been cheating on her with was there...So they came outside. Her Mom and me were standing outside the car worried about what was going on. I went to my trunk to get my medication bag because I take my meds after dinner. I was talking to my friend and said "it's not worth it" referring to her putting up with cheating at 17. Well he heard that and became an animal. His sister was out there, also an employee, as well as his mother, also an employee, I think a manager which I didn't think was allowed because she'd be over her children. I don't think there were any other people working inside.But the boy started cussing me and threatening me and my friend's little daughter was telling him, I'm guessing, to chill out and that's when he hit her. I immediately called the police. All this time his sister is cussing my friend saying it's all her fault yet the boy called her to stop by there pretty much to rub the other girl in my friend's daughter's face. I'm telling them all to get in the car worried Mt friend's daughter is hurt and to prevent further violence. We slowly leave right as the police are coming. We pull across the street to be out of danger. This behavior was done in front of customers! This family was only worried about themselves. What if he had seriously hurt her?! These are not the kind of people that you want representing your restaurant. And I have seen multiple complaints about their attitude towards customers and quality of the food they serve out. And currently they are telling people I pulled a gun, cocked it, and aimed it at the boy! I have mental health problems and I am legally not able to own a gun. I now run the risk of being pulled over and put on the ground thinking I have gun! Plus you do not threaten a person who has mental problems. I am going to press charges Monday. I'm waiting on the police to get all the evidence: reports, camera footage, statements. I very much appreciate your time and attention to this incident. I just really want this boy to be punished for what he did. I am a victim of domestic violence and this hit me very hard emotionally... Thank you so much!
Desired outcome: Remove these people from your restaurant. This kind of behavior shouldn't be tolerated in any employment involving customer service.
Awful service at Popeyes Bristol, CT
Today I went to a drive through at 1264 Farmington Avenue, Bristol, CT. When I went to the drive through, I first waited 5 + mins and still no one responded for drive through. I said “hello anybody there”. Then a lady told me to wait. After that there’s radio silence for about 15 mins and then again I said, “are you there”. Then the lady asked me to place my order without even apologizing that she kept me waiting for now 20+ mins just to place the order. After I placed the order and then the lady said I need to park my car and wait. Although it was just a pop corn shrimp and a chicken sandwich, I parked my car and then waited. I placed my order at 6:46 pm after waiting for 20 + mins. Now I don’t see anyone coming to hand over ny order, and I checked my watch and it’s 7:15. So already 20+17+15 = 52 mins. I decided to walk down to the store and then I see that the doors are closed with a hand written note saying “Due to technical problem the doors are closed and only drive through is allowed”, so I wasn’t able to go and grab my order myself. I then called up the phone number and then a lady on the phone picked up the call and then a lady finally walked upto my car with my order. I am very surprised with the poor customer service and also NO ONE was apologetic and I spent 1 freaking hour to just get my damn small order.
I am very very astonished. I have also experienced similar issues at this center before so I need someone to look at this matter because otherwise people will walk away from being a customer and you go bankrupt.

I usually go to the Gladstone store and spend 60 on a family meal went to the zona location and spent 95 and only got 10 extra pieces cause they didn't have the 30 piece button supposedly then I was shorted biscuits I will never go to this store again. I even called and verified at the other store. They even said the 30 piece 6 sides and biscuits were 54.99 plus tax but Zona cost me 95 for 40 pieces of chicken. I was told Popeyes has different meals at different stores but they have the same managers I need someone to contact me from corporate I wish I would have read the reviews I would have never went here.

I placed an online order and 30 mins later I went to pick it up. The order wasn't done. I showed the screens hot of the order but they refused to look at. They just want the name on the order. I gave my name but they didn't find it. I gave my wife's name which the order was under but they yelled at me for the first wrong name. I said I showed you the order on my phone that you refused to look at. They told me and my son not to come back and challenged me to contact the corporate office. This was my last time going there. Worst customer service experience of my life.
Desired outcome: Get new people that know how to deal with customers.
Terrible service messed up order and just horrible experience
I spent a while waiting at the mic to order then when I began to order I kept getting cut off with my total but I wasn’t done ordering. I sat at the window and listened to the crew talk about baby mama drama not shut up or acknowledged at the window with any sort of hospitality. She was busy talking about random crap it was ghetto as hell
Also they didnt give my pregnant wife her god damn mashed potatos and I couldnt go back because I got to far.
Seriously this is place is legendary for screwing up orders
Desired outcome: Rehire everyone or close it down the other Popeyes is like 5 miles away but way better and more professional
I credit in offer area
I’ve had so many issues with Popeyes lately and I had a $10 courtesy credit in my offer area and it disappeared before I could use it. They put it back in and then it disappeared again. They say they see it in my offer area but I don’t and I can’t use it at a local store, I’ve called several times to no avail nobody there seems to know what they’re doing. I don’t think Popeyes is running the customer service number and some third-party company is doing it they can’t do a darn thing when companies use somebody other than their own company to do customer service that to me is not customer service , can you please issue me the credit so I can see it on my account or at least maybe even more because of the hassle I’ve gone through calling all the time not getting anything done

Purchase reciept
For over 2 months the store in Pensacola Florida on Saufley Field Rd has been handing out drive through receipts that cannot be read. I have complained to the MANAGER several times but nothing has been done to correct the problem. It is a violation of Florida law to fail to provide a clearly legible receipt. I have given this information to the manager several times, and on two of those occasions I have recorded video of the occasions so nothing can be denied. NOTHING on these receipts can be read or recognized. Because these receipts cannot be read my employer is refusing me compensation - which now amounts to approximately $50.00 in November alone. I would like to have this problem resolved quickly, otherwise I'm afraid I will have to take action on a different path.
Desired outcome: FIX OR REPLACE THE DRIVE THROUGH REGISTER.
Overcharging for combo
I visited your store #5958 on rt.4 paramus last night and was charged for items I did not order. I ordered a #1 classic chicken combo with a sprite and fries. Should have been 9.99 plus tax and when I pulled up to the order they told be $14.97. I told them that that was incorrect and she said no you ordered a combo with a drink and fries. I replyed yes but it shouldn't be that high. They charged me for large fries which I did not order and they said we don't have small drinks so your getting a medium. I told her that you should charge me for the med just because you don't have a small. My receipt states 9.99 #1 classic combo, 2.00 for large fries &.80 for med coke. I ordered a sprite by the way. I told them she was overchargeng me and didnt like the way she told me well that is the price. She took a $1.00 off but wouldn't take the rest off. I will never go to this place again. Drive Through 30 plus minutes
We're having issues here at the Popeyes on Wax Rd. City of Central, Louisiana. My husband waited about 25 minutes in line. He parked the SUV and went inside along with another couple who followed him inside having waited in line for some time as well. The people told my husband and the other couple they were not doing any orders inside only drive thru... So they went back out and got back into line. Luckily no one had driven up while they went inside... My husband said he saw quite a number of people who had given up and left.
Desired outcome: Install cameras and learn what is going on and work to correct it.

I ordered a 3-piece chicken combo Leg, thigh and wing I received 2 leg drumettes and something that looked like a distorted breast, cost was $10.34 this was not acceptable to me. Bad service at restaurant
Popeyes restaurant located on 7131 Reading Rd, Cincinnati, Ohio 45237 is the worst one I have been to. The incident occurred on Tuesday, 11/1/2022 at 3:15 pm the line was long in the drive thru, register was malfunctioning and employees had no way to give change. So each person has to pay the exact money or card. Another problem there was not enough staff members to cover for the particular shift. Horrible customer service and unsanitary conditions and long waiting time on orders. I would never go to this restaurant again.

Refund
On 10/21/2022 I placed an order for $21.70, I canceled the order and requested a refund. the clerk told me I would get my refund deposited to my citi bank acct. I return about 3 times to see why they did not refund the money. I requested managers who told me I had to wait for 5 to 7 days. As of today, I got no refund. I would like the organization to train the employees so they can take care of our refund, etc the employees are not friendly and the managers have bad attitudes. I hope I can get my refund and want you to know that I will never use popeyes again.

management and me not gettin paid
give pay cards, took 2 weeks to activate, im not in the system to get paid, though i worked, i also have pictures of my time clock in and out w] hours i worked on them, yet i still have no pending deposits, and was lied to about the cards being active the entire time, im seeking legal representation over the matter, unless corrected bc im supossed to get paid tomorrow, and will be contacting employment security as well as eeoc over it. i quit there bc of this. the management you have there is useless, they cant do anything right.

all your meals size chicken and sides
Purchased a 11 pc chicken meal at your Abbeville La store on Wed 11/2/22 and I purchase quite frequently but the size of the chiucken pieces was rediculiously small, the sides, cole slaw reduced by a third and the only thing same as past was the frenchfries, You have lost my business. I will go to Kentucky Fried Chicken or elsewhere from now on. You can't cheat people for long and once you have lost a customer you have lost them for good.Too bad because you had a good meal and I didn't object to the price increase but not the way you are shorting your customers.
Desired outcome: you have to earn back my business and I am not buying your meals as is.
Bad food service
The Popeyes Restaurant located on 7131 Reading Rd in Cincinnati, Ohio, 45237 is the worst Popeyes I have been to. The service is slow and the people are rude. The last time I was there you could not enter the restaurant and the register wasn't working. I would advise upper management to look at this Popeyes for better service. In my opinion it is the worst Popeyes in Cincinnati.

1. Popeye's either doesn't have chicken or sides. I'm not sure how a chicken place can't have chicken. And this can be as early as 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon
2. You have to have exact change or amount of money.
3. Whatever specials they are offering they don't have.
I suggest someone from corporate office do a surprise visit and catch them in the act.
Desired outcome: Better service. Provide the food that they are advertising.
