Popeyes review: chicken sandwich

I called Popeyes 2 hours before I went there to see if they had chicken sandwiches left, and waited in line for 2 hours waiting on a chicken sandwich, just to get up to the window, just to hear that they were out of them. Lady on the phone said that, as long as I made it before 6pm. What a waste of time, and bad customer service for not letting people in the line know that they were out of them.
