1. First, I went to the Bathroom, the bathroom was not clean and was completely out of paper towels.
2. After standing in line for a period of time my husband ask if someone could please help us.
3. When I ask about a Senior Discount the nice young lady said I have To ask my supervisor. Not a problem.
4. The supervisor stated that they don't give Senior Discount. That took us by surprise. The reason why is because we had just recently received a discount from another Popeyes in Ohio.
5. Also the most discouraging thing about our visit was how unprofessional the supervisor was. He wore his pants sagging. I thought... This is how you represent your company.
6. Our Chicken was dry. A waste of money.
Desired outcome: 1. Consider a better dress code for your supervisor. A gift card for the amount of money we spent. $ 15.91
