My spouse and I went into Popeyes chicken In Bullhead City AZ
The chicken was terrible, completely dried out like it's been sitting awhile
It was the eight piece

Store # 13928
Sad part about this is the manager of this location was the frying the chicken this day
There is no reason possible you should serve food like this to anyone
Below I will be adding photos of what I was being served.
This was not the first time this has happened.
Now how this should be resolved
Is to just replace the 8 pieces of chicken at no cost to me as the customer
Make sure it's not dried out.
It's not rocker science
The manager here is a little rude
When you had the 10 put special
Well, about the same we ordered
Asked not to put the biskets in with the order because we don't eat them
Well the manager says we can't do that
I'm like why not they come in a separate box just don't put them in with my order
Give it to the next customer
Now the reason for not wanting them, they are harder the s bread basket 🧺
This is not even close to what's being advertised on national television 📺
Desired outcome: Just replace the chicken order
