Popeyes review: Attitude of staff and food

Store was dirty. Cashier was an African American tall and thin female. Never addressed us, never thanked us. We asked for fresh fries because the fries she gave us was cold. She put the SAME batch in the box again. My chicken was supposed to be mixed. They gave me ALL legs and thighs. The cashier had attitude, attitude, attitude! I asked for the manager, she pointed to the back but they never came. Was I supposed to go to the back and get him/her? The food was not warm and the biscuits and chicken were hard and dry. Terrible service. Food and containers were on the floor.

Desired outcome: I want a full refund and considering this is my neighborhood Popeyes, I'd like Popeyes better train staff.
