Pizza Hut racial

Yes I went to Pizza Hut in Somerdale New Jersey with my boyfriend and his cousin. The waiter sawed the three of us together instead of saying I'm going to find a seat for you three.

She said I am going to find a sit for you two now Let me remind you that my boyfriend is white and his cousin is white but I 'm black. She didn't say anything rude it was the expression of her face. I know when someone don't like me and this isn't the first time that I have went here to eat. I never had this happen to me before. The waiter that I had in the pass had been nice to me.
So I walked with them I sat down in my seat the same waiter had walk pass. She was assisting another group of people as she walked she had that same expression on her face again.

At that time and moment I was ready to go but the manager came up and talk to me. But it was more like he was taking his employee side them minds. Why would I make up something like that about anybody. So that's all they did about the issue I don't think that it was happen right at all.

It's just sad that people can't respect other people we still live in this world where their is hate to other race. I just think that it wasn't fair and I didn't have to be treated that way.

You're an idiot, and you can't put together a logical sentence. She probably gave you a dirty look because she realized you were a black idiot. That does not make someone racist. I give black idiots dirty looks all the time. In fact, I give all idiots dirty looks...not just blackies.

I'm sorry, I don't understand exactly what your complaint is with this restaurant. Did the server say something rude to you? Did the server refuse to wait on you? Did the server tamper with your food order? Did she call you racist name or refuse to serve you based on your race? From what I can tell from your comment, which was a bit hard to follow, is that you "interpreted" a dirty look from her and assumed it was because you were black. I would have to say that that is a bit of a stretch. The look on a person's face can be interpreted in many ways. You should have calmly approached the server and politely asked if there was some problem with you being there. But assuming that she is racist because of what you thought was a particular look on her face is just as judgmental on your part as it would have been on hers has she indeed been rude to you based on race. Understand what I am saying?

Pizza Hut horrible service!

It was my very first time having Pizza hut, and I can whole-heartedly say I was VERY disappointed. I tried to call the local Pizza Hut twice and I came with no response what so ever - so I decided on plan B. I ordered online and it seemed simple enough, the system told me my order would arrive in about 30 minutes, and I was content to here so.
Twas not so...

One hour later I get a call from an employee asking "Did you place an order online?" I calmly said yes, in response he asked me how long ago - obviously, an hour ago. After I told him (still nicely at that point) that it had been an approximate hour he immediately hung up. I was starting to get a wee bit pissed off...

About twenty minutes later a guy finally comes up with the pizza, as soon as I hand him my credit card he rejects it strait off. "We don't take credit cards." He says rudely. I told him that it said on the Pizza Hut website that they DO take credit cards. He looks at me with a "how-annoying" expression and says "I'll call my manager and see what he thinks about this."

That was the final straw.

I took the pizza and slammed the door shut. Instead of half-price, I was giving my self full price off.

The Pizza hut in the Leesburg area was simply horrible.

This complaint system that you have on the internet is ###ing ridiculous! none of it makes any since. I am complaining about the Pizza Hut in Plaquemine, Louisiana, highway one, 70764. We have tried several times in the last 10 years. Each time that we try to dine in at this certian pizza hut it always turns out the same. The service is absolutely terrible. We have eaten at many other Pizza Huts around the country. We are entertainers and travel about 9 months of the year. Being from south Lousiana, we try to eat at places that we are familiar with. Pizza Hut is one of those places! BUT NOT IN PLAQUEMINE, LOUISIANA. this particular hut is run by blacks and it is filthy, the music (black rap music) is played so loud that any decent customer cannot carry on a conversation with the other people at the table. On top of that, the people (black) who run the Pizza Hut have an attitude. A very bad attitude I might add! It is a very disgusting place. The only reason that it is still in business, is that this city is over run with blacks, especially the area that the hut sit in. Back in 1965 i opened and operated (manager) a new Pizza Hut in the city of New Iberia, Louisiana. That was back when people cared about their customers. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN OR THE ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY! I PROMISE YOU THAT I WILL NEVER VISIT THAT PLACE AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NONE OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS DOES EITHER. HAVE A GREAT DAY.

★ ★★★★ This service was horrible I ordered my pizza online to be prepared at a specific time I get there it wasn't cooked I had to wait 30mins. The lady taking my payment answered the phone during my transaction 3 times leaving me standing in line 10 more mins. When I arrived at the restaurant it took 10 mins before I was even acknowledged. Employee returning from break in which he smokes a cigarette and never washed his hands. To top it off the my pizza order was wrong

Poor Service! That too, shedding off all professional ethics... Never expected from Pizza Hut! Three occasions, my family was forced to leave Pizza hut due to delay in service... And we totally felt un-attended. Early Morning 3 AM, we visited Pizza Hut, Abu Dhabi (Khaleefa Street) and ordered for Meal-for-6 and waited for around 30 minutes... the waiter rushed at us and served the Pizza just like throwing discs and made all of us mad... There were just two waiters (of course not my problem) and they were shuttling between customers (Good spirit!), but at last when they come to us, they should show some manners, isn't it?

Second, inside Abu Dhabi Mall, we waited for 20 minutes, the manager gave us the menu after 15 minutes and then no response... We left without taking Pizza to the nearby chinese restaurant...

Third, We ordered Pizza for our Company get together and to my surprise the Pizza delivery boy delivered it to the wrong person who paid the amount and collected the pizza (Smart Guy!)... Pizza guy, when contacted told me that he indeed "missed_called" me and since he didn't receive any response, he "thought" that somebody standing next to him may be the on who placed the order...

I talked with Manager and Supervisor but no use!

My husband called at 6:24 pm and ordered a pizza off the main pizza hut line. They told us it would be about 50 minutes before it arrived. I received a phone call and a manager by the name of Paul asked me where exactly I lived. I told him how to get here and he said that they don't deliver to my address. I told him that they have delivered many times to my address and this manager was so hateful and began to tell me how he has a delivery driver who delivers to addresses like mine "outside their delivery area" just to piss him off! Yeah can you believe he spoke to me like that! He said we could either come and pick this up or cancel it, and this had been after we had already waited an hour and after we had ordered before from them and had got the incorrect order but ate it anyway. Every time that I have tried to deal with pizza hut they have been nothing but impolite and rude to myself and my husband. I do not EVER wish to get another pizza from that place again! All BEWARE of pizza hut they are in this business for themselves and they do not care not even a little about you or your family! Later that night someone knocked on our door with a pizza after all of this drama and after we had canceled the order. I told him we never want anything from them again and he began to tell me how this has been a real problem. Well I think it's about time we THE PUBLIC quit ordering from them so they can see just how they became the big organization that they are "BY THE PUBLIC"!

I'm sure you don't care, or don't realize due to ignorance, but you sound like a ###ing bigot. Lynch them blacks (you will never have to hear their rap music anymore). Although, unfortunately, you will never be able to get rid of ignorance (you are a great example). Run by blacks? Must be dirty. Better get out your tommy gun. Can't have a city that is composed of primarily black individuals. Get the Klan! Go ride! Oh, and even though I think you are a racist ###, who was probably molested by your "brothers" in the klan, you have a nice day as well.

Hi I'm an employee at pizza hut. At my job I get awards for customer satisfaction.But i have to say customers are so rude. If i tell them delivery time is 1hr to 15 mins they want to agree. But as soon as the decides that they decide that they have enough of waiting they want to complain about our service about how slow our service is. I don't understand because before i placed there order I let them know what the delivery time is.but they are not willing to come and pick up there food when carry-out time is 15 mins especially if you live ablock and a half down the street. nOw that's being lazy.I must say that customers are rude... very rude to the point i quit because I told the customer that xtra cheese is no longer a topping but an additional $1.25. Just because a coupon says one topping doesn'y means xtra cheese. so don't call complaining about xtra cheese if yours so damn cheap.Pizza hut is not the corner store pizza where they distribute a slice of pizza rather than a personal pan. I'ts a restaurant. So if you have a problem you need to call corps and curse them out for making the value of the food items sky high because as an employee my jobs is to take orders accuratly not to hear you ### about our prices. Thank you i hope you kearn not to be so damn rude!

Pizza Hut poor service!

The service form the Pizza Hut at 2724 W. Mercury Blvd. Hampton, VA. 23605 that i got was not what i expected it to be. I placed an internet order about 10:30pm and i was paying with a credit card. They called me about 10 mins till 11:00pm and stated that my card was declined and said that I had 10 mins to call back with my new card number. When i called, I was refused service because she said they were closed but still had 5 mins till 11:00pm. I am out raged because i order from Pizza Hut a lot.

Pizza Hut rude employees!

I called to order dinner last night. The total came up to 27.07. My husband reminded me to mention that we had 50 dollar bills so I asked if the delivery guy have extra change on him. The woman told me very rudely, "No, he can only have 20 dollars of change." I hesitated, "Well, OK then. Thank you." She hung up before I can finish the sentence. I told my husband what happened so he called Pizza Hut back and asked to speak to the manager. The woman wouldn't allow him to speak to the manager. Almost every time I call to order from that particular Pizza hut on E. Memorial Blvd in Lakeland, FL I get some rude employee. So, I ended up ordering dinner from Domino's Pizza which only took thirty minutes, where as Pizza Hut would have took an hour and an half to get my delivery. I think Pizza Hut has great food. I just don't like how rude they get on the phone!

I called Pizza Hut to place an order and I asked the person who was taking my order if a large supreme pizza was included in their $10.00 deal she said yes in a very rude and short tone. So I ordered a $10.00 dinner box instead but before I could ask how much it would be with tax she hung up on me. I emailed the district manager and all I got was an apology from him. He said he could never find out who it was as there were 15 people working that night. I have been a good paying customer of Pizza Hut for years but never again if this is how little their customers matter to them. I will NEVER, NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. Little Ceasers here I come!

Pizza Hut donation for cancer foundation!

We are a small community in Sheridan County Nebraska, which is a county made up of ranchers and a lot of hard working people. I am a cancer survivor, as is my friend. We have started up a cancer foundation for the county called C.A.R.E. (cancer awareness resources and expenses). We must travel at least 125 miles one way to get cancer treatments and many just simply do not have the money. This foundation will help to pay their out-of-pocket expenses, as well as provide support groups, information, and a list of drivers. We recently asked Pizza Hut for some gift certificates for children as we are having a large Walk-A-Thon on September 22nd. We received only 6 such certificates for personal pan pizzas. Subway gave us 30. It seems like the message Pizza Hut was delivering was that we are not important. It seems a shame, since they are the only Pizza Hut for 90 miles and I really don't feel like giving them business anymore.

the money does not come out of their pocket, it is part of the monthly allowance, and they can write it off thru the company as a donation, they actually save money by making the donation

Pizza Hut order not complete and rude shift manager

My name is April Brumback and myself and my family had a coupon from the internet site for 2 pizza's anyway you wanted for 19.99 and first of all when we had ordered our pizza's we had ordered 1 supreme and 1 meat lovers.. we were informed they were out of all meat except for sausage, pepperoni and the extra cheese and no discount was given and we still had ordered 1 side of anchovies and 1 side of jalipeno peppers and 4 tomatoes sauces and 4 cheese sauces and did not get them with our order, when we had called to let the location know they told us we would have to go and pick it up.. So I myself had called up there and the shift manager Terry had told me the same thing and was very rude during our conversation and told me I can just hang up on you. When I proceeded to explain the situation, she hung up on me.. We will not be eating Pizza Hut again!

Pizza Hut first there was late pizza then there was none!

On 6-26-07 I ordered pizza hut online (Delivery), my order was expected to arrive a 7:21pm but it came at 8:40pm and it was the wrong type p'zone. The driver apologized and said,"the other driver refused to come delivery to n. W. Moultrie!" (The majority of the residents are african american).

The next day 06-27-07, I ordered pizza hut online again. Order was due at 9:21pm order arrived... Never! I loaded up the kids and we went to pizza hut but they had closed. For years I have done business with pizza hut never knowing that if you stayed across the street from a public gym (With a police substation on the side), have hungry kids waiting on food and live in n. W. Moultrie, that your meal will only be delivered if a certain driver is working.

This is ridiculous. I will once again go to pizza hut, but this time I won't order I want answers. I've always stayed in n. W. Moultrie, ga. 32 yrs.in the same place ordering pizzas, shopping, etc... I'm disgusted!

Pizza Hut pizza is so poor in quality for the cost. Years ago it was awesome, now it's like eating cardboard! You can send all the coupons you want, we would rather eat from a local shop that is made with real cheese and an abundance of toppings when you order them. If I order a mushroom pizza I'm lucky to get 2 mushrooms sliced up. And time and time again, when I've had onion on it, it has been the damn skins...gross, cheap, tasteless. In these economic times you best watch your step or you will be asking for a bailout! We won't miss you when you go...

Today I had a horrible experience with the store manager Noel located at 220 Marrietta Hwy, Canton, GA . My son and I placed an order to your Canton store [protected]) we were told that our order would be delivered by 4:04. Around 4:15 my son called back and was told he never made the order? When he told the young lady that answered the phone that he remembered her voice she told him that he was wrong! He then asked to speak to the Manager Noel who decided that she would set him straight by telling my 18yr old son that he must not know how to dial the phone ( dripping with sarcasm) and then hung up. I called back to understand why she felt the need to be so rude and I also wanted to make sure that we were dialing the correct number. I guess Noel felt that we were getting on her nerves and decided that she was going to start yelling at me! Noels felt that if she yelled in the phone several times like I was an animal that would make me go away. No it did not work it only made the situation worse. Now I am angry and asking her if this is the way she treats all of her customers when things go wrong and her response was " I TOLD YOU YOU DID NOT ORDER A ###ING PIZZA FROM THIS STORE"!. This was not the right choice of words at all! I then called the store back and asked for the name of the area manager or the owner of the franchise and again Noel decided to be nasty and hung up on me! Two minutes later a delivery guy calls and tells me that he has is trying to find my home so I give him directions and hope that he gets here soon. Then I get a call from yet another one of your people telling me that there was a mix up and the call went to the wrong store and he would not be able to deliver to my home we are to far away and he will have to call Noels store so she could send it from there. I declined that order. I would greatly appreciate a response from you.

Last night went to pizza hut, ordered a pan supreme and had very scant amount of toppings, was very dissappointed, two weeks prior ordered personal pan supreme, another customer came in after me and ordered large pizza got his pizza in 15 min, got mine in 30 min

Pizza Hut food never delivered!

Today at 9:50PM I ordered a double order of mild wings and a 2 liter bottle of pepsi through the Murray, UT Pizza Hut to be delivered to my home in Midvale.

i got on the phone, and placed my order and was told it would take about an hour. Here it midnight and still no food, no way to get ahold of anybody to ### at them for their blatant disregard for their customers.

Been searching for a complaint phone number which I know is on the side of pizza boxes. However I cannot find the number anywhere. This is not the first time this has happened, the last time my order was horribly late, i was quoted 30 minutes for delivery and 6 hours later my food finally arrived. The driver complained that I wouldn't give him a tip, and I complained that I had to wait 6 hours to eat my dinner. It is really pissing me off that pizza hut has this stuck in their head that it is okay to allow someone to pay by credit card over the phone, but to never deliver their food.

What the f*ck is wrong with the people who work for pizza hut? They had to have been dropped on their head a few too many times, or perhaps they've been sniffing raw dough for too long. That I do not know, all I know is that i am royally pissed the ### off that this continues to happen to me and my family. I will be complaining to HQ as soon as i can find a number for them.

Pizza Hut poor product quality

I visit pizza hut regularly. I like chili flax as toppings. I feel the quality of chili flax (in sachets) is very poor. It lacks real chili flavor, pungency and redness. Each pouch of chili flax at pizza hut needs to be analyzed for quality. It should be tested at Spice Board of India or at any recognized private spice manufacturer to determine the parameters of good quality crushed chili.

Pizza Hut poor customer service!

On April 05, 2007, I called our local Pizza Hut, located on Tusculum Blvd Greeenville TN at 7:25pm. I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni and cheese pizza for "carry-out". The Pizza Hut representative told me that it would be around 25-30 minutes. At 8:05pm, I went to pick up my family's dinner. The cashier attendant found the order in the computer, but explained there was no pizza, that my pizza had been taken possibly by the delivery "guy". He {Mr. Simspson}went on to explain, as if this made my situation better, that it had happened to several other customers. He told me that I could wait another 30 minutes and he would charge me half price. Who wants to wait another 30 minutes after just getting off work for food that was ordered over 30 minutes earlier?

I asked what the problem was. He responded to me that the store had been busy all day and that he himself had worked all day. First and foremost, that is why he gets paid and without business the store would close and he would have no job. Did I need to hear these poor excuses for lack of service? I then requested the number of the district manager. As soon as I lgot into my car, I called the number he gave me for his district manager, Mike Edwards. Believe it or not, he gave me the wrong telephone number! I walked back into the store to get the correct number. After getting the correct number, I called Mark Edward, District Manager to advise him of what was going on at the Pizza Hut store in Greeneville TN. He never returned my call, he apparently does not care either, but if it was my store, I would want to know if there was a problem. As an added note, if you eat at this store during lunch, you have to check each and every plate, most plates are not clean. My co-workers and I addressed this with the manager. She advised us that they had a new delivery boy, now does that make sense? Needless to say, if we choose to eat there during lunch, we carry-out! I wonder what the health regulations are on keeping clean plates and a clean eating area? This is the only Pizza Hut in our town, surely this is someone in management that is bright enough to address these issues!

Dear Customer Service,

Kindly note that we been treated very poorly at Al Qusais Br, near Grand Lube Auto Services.

At first, we discovered on the table that the Main Large Pizza is not spicy, while we paid extra for it. Contacted the counter Server Grace, to do the needful at the earliest, since the whole family were waiting for it, but as per her, she will Serve the Pizza on our table, but even after 1 hour no one serve us the Pizza and our whole meal was spoiled.

Contacted the duty manager Mr. Housam but no use and the whole family returned home upset.

We would like to elaborate that we had a patience, when Pizza Hut Team made first mistake for not making the Pizza Spicy, but how come they ignore our family again by not serving us the Pizza even after 01 hour.

This should be investigated and feedback to be provided within short time.

Moreover, we recommend to appointment Customer Caring staff.

Used mobile app to order. Was charged extra even though my item was included in the deal I chose (apple pies). Called store to complain and manager seemed unfriendly and hurried. Shouldve stuck with dominos.

My family and I went to Pizza Hut last night for dinner. There were eight of us all together. My sister ordered some pzones. When the waiter came to deliver the order, he spilled the hot pizza sauce on my arm and my lap. It was so hot it burned my arm and leg. The waiter apologized by saying "I'm sorry. I have spilled sauce on me before and it is hot." He was not very sincere. He took his time getting something to help clean it up. I had to hold my pant leg up away from my leg while my sister wiped it up. Afterwards, he just acted like nothing happened. I had red marks on my arm and leg. When we went to checkout, my sister told the manager what happened. He said she wouldn't have to pay for the bill.she explained we had separate bills. When he saw my bill, he changed his mind and only took 50 percent off. I think it should have been free.

Hi Customer service, I don't know how to start but anyway I hope you guys can understand what I am really trying to say. I live in Dubai and I usually make a calls for delivery any restaurant but still I love pizza hut specially the veg salad and people in pizza hut noticed that I am their regular customer, I don't understand why some of your customer service were answering the phone too rude, where is the polite of you guys? where is the patience from you guys? is your customer service or management didn't give any trainee how to talk properly to your customers?
Salad is my favorite dish but I mentioned every time what to put in the salad, But when it came there are some veg are missing and it is so poor salad...why? why you guys can't put enough as per on the size of the box? why lots of missing? and why it is so different if I personally come to one of your outlet I can select my own salad but I expected you guys do they same as I mention over the phone, but why it comes so cheap? its ashamed to my guess then. Please guys change this way, resolve this comments I love pizzahut but I hate your service to us, remember we paid an exact amount and delivery charge, remember that!...

I had the worst experience today at store #011667 in napa, ca my order was not correct. I called and was spoken to rudely so I asked for the manager. The rude man claimed to be the general manager. I asked for his name then for the name of the district manager. He refused to even give me his name and hung up. I called back 3 more times and was Jung up on immediately after the phone was picked up. I assume they saw the caller is. The 4th time tryin back I got another employee who told me the manager was KYLE. To get any more info he said he would have to transfer me to the manager. After being put on hold he got back on because the manager wouldn't get on the phone. Now I have to go in person which is difficult as I am a permanently disabled combat veteran.

i was working in pizza hut Saba avenue Karachi Pakistan till last 6 months and my new manager named Bilal Iqbal not treated me well as previous manager and i quit my job because he is just point out me in whole employees for working he is taking the best work from me but he always disappointed me in my work so i left . . . :(

On May 26, 2008 I phoned in my order using a coupon for a large pizza and a 2-liter of Pepsi for $14.99. Upon arriving to pick up my order they gave me a medium size one, I said that it would be ok, here is my coupon. Here is were it got ugly. The shift manager "Richard" said I cannot use your coupon for this size pizza it will be $17.99 "give or take a few pennies". I said you are kidding? I was willing to accept the smaller size, but I was not going to pay more than my coupon amount. Why should it cost me more for less? When it was their mistake. Then to top it off "Richard said, "well do you want it or not? I said, "You know, I don't think I do." Then I drove across the street to Sonic.

On Friday, January 9th, 2009 at approximately 10:30 p.m. I tried to place an order with Pizza Hut through the phone.

I was asked by the call centre, can I help you. My response was yes, I want to know about the 3 pizza deal. The representative then told me she did not know about the deal. She proceded to ask me for my phone number, address, name etc. I explained to her that I wanted to ask her about the deal and I did not want to go through all the questions prior to me making a decision about placing an order.

She then put me through to a manager "Angela" who also did not about the special. This special was on the internet under Pizza Hut. She was very rude and she told me to hold on, this lasted approximately 15 minutes. She never came back she disconected me on the phone.

I called back again and spoke with a manager "Syed" who then after a while took my order, he was also not very nice.

This kind of service is unacceptable, very poor customer service skills.

I would like to be compensated for this.

On the afternoon of the 4th July 2009 I order the three Pizza Mia pizzas for $15 from the Aitkenvale Pizza Hut store. On the Pizza Hut order line, it clearly states that the pizza mia pizzas are topped to the edge. My pizzas were not topped to the edge and as none of my family ear the crusts on the pizza, alot of the pizza was wasted.

I rang the store at 8:00 that night to complain that the pizzas were not as advertised on the order line. I spoke to two managers.
The managers were quite rude and treated me like an incompetant idiot. They then said that they were making their pizzas according to specifications and were correct in saying that their pizzas did not have to be topped to the edge.

They then expected me to go through my bins and retrieve the left over crusts from my rubbish bin and take them into the store, along with getting my 5 year old and 1 year old children out of bed to do this task.

I am completely disgusted with this treatment and I would appreciate it if this complaint could be taken further.

The store later disconnected my call after 1/2 hour of being on the phone to them without talking to me at all.

I then contacted the pizza hut ordering line again and the gentleman on the line advised me that the pizzas are supposed to be topped to the edge.

One night my friends and I decided to order pizza hut. Here there is a call center that you place your order with. We were hung up on more times than I want to admit because I just should have called Domino's because I have never had a problem with them plus you do not have to call a call center, you talk to the actual store. Well, the first time the order was late. So, we called them and were told to call back when the driver actually got there that it had to be 20 minutes late. So, we did just that and we waited another 20 on top of 45 minutes to start with. And they said we would get the discount on our next order. The delivery guy told us the call center did not put the order in. So, about a week later if we called them once again to order pizza. Thought maybe we just a bad call center rep but keep on reading the call center is a joke.

My friends are here working in town and with a big company with lot of other workers. We call not even a week later to give it a shot again thinking maybe the call center was just over loaded. Well, I called told the lady I wanted to place an order. And that we were told we would get a discount on our next order because our pizza was later a few days ago. The lady said Mam, being very rude, that is not the way we do it. We give the discount the night it is delivered. I told her how was that when we were told to call when the pizza gets here and our order was already processed. I said I would like to speak with a manager. She then said, I do not think that is necessary. But hold on.

She came back and no manager. She said do you got the receipt. I said hold on. She said I do not have time to hold on I have orders to place. And she hung up on me. Well, I called back and just placed the order and never mentioned the discount cause we were just hungry. And that was that. But I called back to check on the order and they said it would be 30 minutes.

So, being nice when the order was not here in 45 minutes I gave them another 30 minutes to be well over their 20 minute late dead line. I called and they said it was on the way. I waited another 30 minutes. And they then said the delivery driver had been there but no one was there. But that was far from the truth cause I work at a hotel and I work at the front desk and there is always some one at the front desk. So, they lied. So, they said they would resend it. Well, long story short the pizza never got here. This was at midnight and had been calling since 8:30 p.m. The call center just gave us one big run around. We dealt with all that until midnight and went to be hungry.

I later called a store out of curiosity to see what they had to say about the call center. And they told me they have had complaints with the call center for a long time. And even the worker was surprised to see it keep happening and nothing being done about it. I guess Pizza Hut makes enough money they do not have to care anymore about the customers.

I also called to complain. And it is hard to get a number to reach anyone. Someone was suppose to call me with in three business and with out saying I am sure you see where this is going... I never heard from anyone.

So my suggestion to anyone if you are hungry and expect to get pizza delivered to you by Pizza Hut prepare to go to bed hungry. Call Domino's or some local pizza place because the call center's are very rude and it obvious the company alone does not care cause they feel like you will call back and order again like I did. But I will never send another dime at a pizza hut.

Pizza Hut lying cashiers

I received 2 have one on us coupons because my food was under cooked. I used the first coupon at the Sandy Springs pizza hut on Roswell Road without any problem. I called pizza hut on Candler Road in Decatur GA, and the cashier said fine. I got there 30 minutes later and I was told that no one by that name called here to place an order. I got the phone number and sure enough I called that particular one. I asked for customer services. Then I was told by the cashier that the order had been cancelled. SHE LIED! I called customer service gave them the cashiers names and all the information they needed while in the store. I have not received a phone call from the store manager,pizza hut or anyone. I was told it would take 72 hours. This happened on feb 17. Today is feb 22. Nasty situation. Shame on Pizza Hut on Candler Road in Decatur GA. The employee should have been reprimanded. Shame on customer service for not taking this seriously. Sue, Ga.

I called and placed and order and was told it woud be and hour before it is delivered which was fine. One hour and forty-five minutes is ouragous. I called back and the manager at store #711029, pissa hut, 7681 southlake pkwy, jonesboro, ga said my pizza is on the way and she would give me a five dollar discount on my next pizza. So i say o.k. Then i finally get the pizza and it's all cold giving everyone heartburn. So i tried to call back three times and have been put on hold for at least 30 mins each time and still know one pick up the phone. I feel i am getting no satisfaction.

Pizza Hut cheated by pizza hut for providing vegetarian pizza

This is regarding a very unpleasant experience that I had with Pizza Hut on 12th Feb 2007.

I had ordered Spicy Veggi Medium @ 130/-, and asked for home delivery to my residence - 374 Sec – 61 Noida, UP(INDIA).

The pizza was delivered to my residence and as I had to start for office immediately so I went on to eat it as well. While eating I realized that there is something terribly wrong with it and after little thought and to my utter surprise I discovered that it was a Non-Veg pizza. I also checked the box as well and it was clearly written on it “Non-Veg”. The Bill No. for the said order is 930083.

I complained about this incident to Mr. Ram (in charge Pizza Hut, Sec - 61), but he said that there is a shortage of the “Veg” boxes so they packed it in a “Non-Veg” box. This is simply not the case as the pizza itself was Non-veg. As Mr. Ram refused to even accept the fault, I complained to Mr. Nishant (in Charge Pizza Hut, Sec – 18). He also didn’t seem to be least concerned about it.

Finally, I had a talk to Mr. Pawan (regional manager – Pizza Hut, Delhi ) who assured me that he would talk to me within half an hour. He kept me waiting for more than 3 hrs and didn’t even bother to call me back.

At last, I had to talk to you. Needless to mention that the entire incident has left me horrified and mentally upset. I am very disturbed after eating this NonVeg pizza as I am a strict vegetarian. Also, it has deeply hurt my religious feelings. I have lost all my faith in Pizza Hut which is known for its flawless management and strict adherence to Veg-Non Veg criteria. I feel absolutely cheated.

Not to mention, I lost the entire day of work in following up with various personnels.

The way, I have been harassed to no ends and the way the entire incident was mishandled by Pizza Hut people.

How did you not realize that it smelled like meat? If you're a vegetarian, you know the difference in smell... not to mention it said on the box that it wasn't a veggie pizza. You're an idiot. You're just another person trying to get free food.

WOW! Man I've heard of ppl complaining about their food, but, damn. Here is a classic case of not looking at what you put into your mouth. There could have been dog[censored] on it and you would've eaten it. I don't think it is neccessarily all pizza hut's fault but a 50/50 between you and them. You have to check yo [censor] before you eats it, silly.

And I really don't understand how a pizza mishap can someone horribly mortified and mentally disturbed. I think maybe your are a no dick pansy.

I agree with tinkerbellad, some customers are just so freaking unbelievable. I was also a pizza hut employee for 3 years and sometimes we do make mistakes! Believe it or not! I can't believe none of the customers have never made mistakes . But we always take care of the customer, usually giving them free food or a discount. What else do you want us to do? Cry for your forgivness?
Also, we can get too busy for the staff to handle! Sometimes rushes are unexpected and we are over our heads in rude customers. I've watched other girls cry because they cannot handle how awful people can be over PIZZA! Once we were so busy during christmas that we had a 30 minute wait, and people took it out on the hostess! Yeah, it was her fault that so many people were lining up at the door! A man even said" you gave our table away? What are you f***ing stupid?" and by the way, she didn't give the table away, a group of people just took it.
People seriously need to just realize that we are a bunch of college sometimes high school kids trying to make money for ourselves, but no you have to give us crap and make us feel bad. It's only pizza, calm down and give us a break.

Pizza hut is ripping-off millions of consumers-myself included! What they do with pizza is exactly like a car dealer charging you $10, 000 for a car, except that you want the deluxe stereo added, so they add $1, 000 to the price and cut the engine size in half!

If you order (As I did on feb. 4), a large sausage (Only) pizza, you get a lot of sausage. The same would be true with pepperoni. The manager told me 1-1/2 cups. Then for each ingredient you add (Even onions which are very cheap) they add $1.50 to the price. But they cut the meat by 67%! The manager told me, down to 1/2 cup, and the second pizza I bought verified this.

The manager said he'd had complaints before, but this was the directive of the national company and was justified because the pizza wouldn't cook properly with too many ingredients on it. This is untrue! This same pizza was loaded with onions, green peppers, and jalapenas (Too many) and could easily have had normal meat and fewer peppers. And surely these thin-crust pizzas (Not deep-dish!) could have cooked fine with a little more meat!

This same thing has happened to me at pizza huts in florida, tennessee, indiana, and michigan, as well as here in montana, so i'm sure the manager was being honest when he said this rip-off is company policy. What a con game! Let's get a class action lawsuit going! I'm sure pizza hut has ripped us off to the tune of $millions!

Ok here's my complaint in kc I went to order a Super Supreme pizza with everything it started as 18.99 I deleted all the meats did not bring down the price added chicken price did not go up went to veggies says there was no veggies on the super Supreme which is inaccurate on that pizza but as soon as I started adding veggies price started jumping up yet the pizza cost less bc all the extra meat was removed and 12 wings cost 18.99 but 18 wings are 27.99 these prices are becoming ridiculous so I canceled my order and from this day on am boycotting all pizzahuts

Look I don't care about all these other complaints, I just want to voice my opinion on the food we received from pizza hut. We ordered wings and fries, the wings were fine the fries not so much. it tasted like the fries were reheated in the deep-fryer and then set around for a while. My beef is that we paid enough money to go to a regular restaurant not a fast food place. The quality control is at the lowest level. It seems like pizza hut takes no responsibility for the quality of the food put out. The health department should look into the location we got out our food from, which was 12961 N. Main St. Jacksonville, fl. 32218.

I am writing to provide feedback on the worst customer service experience I had with this Pizza Hut location. I had placed an order online for carryout for a future time for 8:15p on 12/30/18. I arrived about 8p to Pizza Hut to check on my order. A heavy set Caucasian associate stated that the pizza hasn't been placed in the oven yet. I proceeded to tell her that's fine, I will run to Walgreens across the street and will come back. She rudely insisted that I pay first (when my order hasn't even been placed in the oven). I am a regular customer mostly ordering online for delivery. I told her that I will pay at pick-up, and she kept stating that I should pay now, meaning if I don't my order is not going to be made. Then I asked her is this a new policy and she stated this has always been their policy. Keep in mind that I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years. Afterwards, I told her well I will discuss this with your corporate headquarters, because I'm not paying until pick-up and I'll go ahead and cancel my order. She stated that it's fine and that she will call corporate herself and cancel my order. This associate by far has the worst customer service and I contacted corporate informing them of this and will be providing reviews on a every social media platform that I can. She is the most disrespectful associate who needs additional training, and possibly additional education. As a healthcare professional we provide exceptional care for our patients and the best experience we can. Looking at the previous google reviews this employee's actions seem to be escalating and proper disciplinary actions need to be taken. This location pertains to the Pizza Hut on 1358 Big Bend Rd, Ballwin, MO 63021.

I'm a young single mom of two kids a 6 month old and 2 year old so it's pretty rough going into places with them, today I took my 6 month old with me and I made the worst mistake of getting the big dinner box. I went to the Greenville Ohio location around 330 today and NEVER in my life have I had a worker treat me the way the female worker treated me today! She was very friendly and was talking to my daughter then she even carried the stuff out to the car from me! Definitely not a complaint but the best service 10/10 and will definitely be coming back a lot

We ordered over the telephone 2 pizzas super supreme and vegetarian supreme with two classic sides. I was told by the man on the phone whose english language was somewhat poor. that it was an hours wait and I was surprised by this as usually delivery is within 30 minutes at least. this was 6.33pm as on my pizza hut credit card receipt I asked if they could try to be quicker and he said he will try. Any way an hour and ten minutes passed and i rung the delivery hut to be told by the same man that the delivery driver left 10 -15 mins ago and that e should be with us any minute. bearing in mind we only live about 7 mins up the road by car. Any way i waited and until 7.55pm and called back and a woman answered to say that it should be 10- 15 mins. I took issue with her having explained to her what the male had stated. She passed me back to this man who turned out to be the manager and i stated 1hr 30 mins was ridiculous and that i did not want the pizzas being delivered cold. Any way he said he would check to see where the delivery driver was? he just happened to turn up out side and delivered only one side and to top it the vegetarian pizza was the worst wed ever seen with uneven cust tomatoes and yellow green peppers, it was a vegetarian not eve a supreme and it was over packed with tomato sauce, pwher do pizza hut get these employees from? we would like a refund it was a waste of money.

ordered take away pepperoni pizza from Pizzahut which turned up dry, cispy and burnt looking. it looked to me like it had been re heated and shoved in the box. itwas over oily. i had one piece and fifteen minutes later threw it up.i felt sick for ages after. contacted them and got a polite email saying they would contact branch concerned to riase the mater. don't think company standards are really carried in in practice with staff they employ. won't use them again.

We ordered the special which was one medium, pizza (the picture showed a pepperori pizza), bread sticks and cinnaparts for $14.99. With tax it all came to $18.99 (CDN). With that we asked for mushrooms, extra cheese and extra sauce. When we got home, there was NO PEPPERONI ON THE PIZZA, only some mushrooms, cheese and sauce. We called and spoke to the Manager and he said we had to ask for Pepperoni as a topping and that we did not. We DID point to the picture and said that is what we wanted. He even wanted to hang up the phone on us and was very very rude. Please do something about them. BAD SERVCE and BAD FOOD TOO. We will not be ever dealing with PIZZA HUT ever again.

The ad on tv states that all pizzas are 10.00, even the meat lovers pizza.Then when I tried to order it they said it was a xtra charge.I told them about the tv ad but it didn't matter.I ordered pizzas anyway bacause I promised my kids but that isn't right...

Pulled up to a Dine-In Pizza hut at approximately 9:55 on Monday 6/29/09 with my husband.After reading the hours posted on the door that clearly stated the store hours were until 11pm we get out and proceed to a locked door, after standing there for 5 minutes no one ever came to let us know the dining room was closed for the evening.
After we got back in the car we saw a family of 4 (hispanic) proceed to the same locked door and then be greeted by another hispanic lady.I told my husband"they just walked in " and he said "try to catch the door".I proceeded to the door and waited and was greeted by a hispanic lady that advised me that the dining room was closed, I said to her "well it's just 2 of us and you let them in", and by then they were being seated by a waitress.The Shift Supervisor, as she described herself then told me"oh, they already ordered and we were waiting for them" as, there waitress passed out menus to them.She then rudely closed the door in my face.
My issue is if the dining room is closed then whether they ordered in advance or not, it should have been closed and if they ordered in advance then why was their waitress passing out menus?If I was a hispanic lady and not an African American...would I have received service?Someone from the corporate office is going to have to answer these questions.

Pizza Hut all I got was fired!

As a R.G.M. of a delivery/carryout store for 2 years I never had any problems with employees, customers, upper mgt., or inventory until I was transfered 11-28-06.The store I took over was a dine in/carryout store,I was trained very poorly in how to operate this type of store,having buffet and keeping track of all the product was never explained to me.So how was it accounted for?For several weeks on a daily basis I called upper mgt. to ask for help.Inventory kept coming up short.Then on 1-8-07 upper mgt.showed up he started counting inventory with out me,as I was still working,I helped very little,he did final figuring and entered them into comp. it was really short.He kept asking me if I needed to tell him anything,as if I had done something wrong. Then shortly after that his boss showed up & fired me told me to hand over my keys sign & leave. I wasn't given any opportunity to help try & figure out the problem.I have been treated like a criminal.They are changing locks,talking to the bank & ruining my name around town.When our checks came they refused me mine stating a paid out for personal items was being looked at. Showing me no proof of it on paper.I have also received a message from upper mgt.stating that if I don't stop trying to prove I did nothing wrong that it could began to get worse for me. All I want is to be heard I am not in the wrong I have done nothing but ask for help since day one. All I got was fired!

I am a shift manager of a La Raza store in NM. The area coach is a disgrace to management. She has been caught red handed altering books. ( Amount to meet guarantee, also anyone over 30hours) She ( Frona) was reported to HR. Guess what happened...NOTHING! We (management team, Team members) are treated as we are slaves and should bend to their corrupt power like they run the country. FOR GODS SAKE IT IS PIZZA HUT! NOT SOME HIGH PAYING JOB. I do my job well and do my best to support and assist the RGM. The store I work at is a buffet, which from what I have read from previous posts that this is a ongoing problem dating back from the beginning. It is a problem they do not wish to fix or do not know how to fix. I was transferred to this store to help pass an inspection, which if not passed the store will be shut down and was guaranteed my job was safe since I was transferred to help because the previous shift was useless. (That manager is still employed by the way just transferred to take my position at the store I came from with job security) Now Frona and her new boss Director of operations Justin are both popping in and out of the store threatening to fire us because the store is not to their standards even though the store has made huge improvments in regards to labor, staffing, procedures. All that is left is for them to fix the stuff we can not. Now before i came to this store it already failed 2 inspections. If 3 fail the store is shut down and everyone is out of a job. I put as much effort into the job as I can considering my training is limited because no matter what store you work in they never fully train you. They just expect you to know the job like your a damn savant. Frona comes to the store harasses employees says inappropriate things and theres no consequences. I AM FED UP! I need a job but for gods sake man! How much abuse can one take before they say enough is enough.

well my name is danny chacon i was in your tucumcari pizza hut today 03/12/2013 for lunch buffet.i am a new mexico state police officer.our waitress was great.but the person cooking our pizza"s for the buffet was really dirty.looked like he has not showered in days or weeks.while i was eating lunch i heard him cussing in the back saying f*** this&that.before our group of 4 officer left i asked one of your employee name ted.who was cooking in the back.i was told the cooks name is david.david was all dirty his pants were all soiled his shirt he had cat hair.i hope you can fix this problem.if not i will take our group else where.thank you d.chacon!

My family had worked for La Raza Pizza Inc for over 25 years.They do nothing to help you everyone thinks if you tell upper mgmt that your trying to get them fired when in return they fire you. My nephew passed away a year ago the company did fundraiser to help us out we have yet to receive the money and yet none of my family works there so now they will not even take our calls. As an employee of 9 years for that company I have seen a lot of dishonest procedures done from stealing money to using company products for personal gain but those acts get looked upon as if they are ok but the company will ruin the honest employees names that were terminated for lack of company support or employees quiting due to exhaustion of abuse.

My wife has worked for Pizza Hut who was bought out by La Raza Pizza Hut since 1985, hired under full knowledge she had a learning disability. Two years ago, she was told that everyone in her store was to be cross trained and being dishonest she was replaced as a full time cook by a younger worker. For the last two years, she was reduced from 35 hours a week to now 2-5 hours a week, without proper training after being transferred to another store while on vacation without consent in the Indianapolis area.

i agree with you, their view on training is on the job training, with no trainer, and any questions you might have fall on deaf ears! Well this was my experiance with them and i know where amiee is coming from, been there!

You think that's bad today is February 7th 2007 and all the employees from La Raza INC have received there W-2's But non of the Stores Management has received theirs yet I don't event think they have mailed them. My Wife was a Shift manager there (not any more thank goodness). This is a Company that needs to look into maybe finding a larger Franchise to take over! They show a lack of competence when dealing with all aspects of there business and the training they give management is over and beyond poor.

Pizza Hut complete incompetence! do not order from this store or you will be sorry!

I had a gift card for $20 for pizza hut in (9124 highway 80 w #350) fort worth, tx. I ordered the pizza and it arrived 45 minutes late (1 hour 25 minutes to arrive) I had paid for the pizza by phone using my gift card but the delivery guy had no record of it.

After a long wait on the phone pizza hut finally told me to take my now cold pizza. I wrote a lengthy complaint and got a big $5 coupon. I wrote another complain and the regional guy (Ed) called me and apologized and said that he would credit my account $25. I felt better! A week later I tried to use my credit and ed didn't actually credit my account (I guess he forgot) and since I didn't save his number or his email the store wouldn't give me his #. So I called several more times and wrote 3 more emails and finally got customer service from shaun (#6) who was very helpful and gave me my credit — yeah! Ordered a pizza and should have had $8 credit left — when I tried to use the remaining $8 I was told the hiway 80 store had dismissed the remaining credit. I was told this by customer rep mike who did not want to give me his emp id but finally did #13. I went to the store to ask the manager and he said there was nothing he could do but did give me ed's # this time — yes! Finally I will get some results. I went home and tried to call ed — the manager gave me the wrong #! I finally give up! This store is filled with complete incompetence! Do not order from this store or you will be sorry — trust me! Oh and there is no way to email pizza hut directly!

Pizza Hut some customers are just downright rude and psychotic to be honest...

As a pizza hut employee Ive heard most and almost all of the complaints listed below. I understand what some are speaking about but you have to understand that these people are making minimum wage so if they forget a sauce they really aren't going to be that concerned. Maybe if pizza hut or other places in general payed there employees a little bit more they would have better workers, although some people like myself are just hard workers and no matter what they are payed they work hard and try to serve the customers in a polite and efficient manner. But some customers are just down right rude and psychotic to be honest. Who wants to serve a rude and uncompromising ahole not ME!

I’m a shift manager at a Pizza Hut near Atlanta. Seeing some of these comments just turns my stomach. Customers have a right to be annoyed if their order is messed up or if they’ve received crappy service. As a CSR, server, and especially a “manager”, it is your duty to provide the best hospitality to each customer regardless of their gruffness. Their grumpiness is likely due to an empty tummy, which I take great pleasure in filling with our food.

With that said, I have encountered customers who are impossible to satisfy. One lady called up to our store complaining about a hair in her pizza. All of our staff wear hats or hair nets so I told her to bring the pizza to the store. She refused and demanded a credit. Mind you, this person has done this before. I told her to bring the pizza to the store and a fresh one would be made. She wasn’t having it. She kept calling the store demanding her money back and we put her on hold each time. She eventually came to our store screaming and cussing and even threatening to hurt us. I told her she had 30 seconds to leave the property or the police would be called.

If a customer is being unreasonable or threatening, you’re well within your right to refuse them service. Most times, they’re friendly and understanding unless their service has sucked.

As a CSR and driver at Pizza Hut, I will encounter 1 out of 100 customers that are just impossible to please. You get the same thing at fine dining establishments and Applebee's. The key is to make the customer feel bad for being a jerk by smiling, being polite, and giving excellent service. Minimum wage or not, it's a job and you have a choice of where to work. If you can't take it, then quit.

I disagree. Today, I ordered from my local Pizza Hut wjo has been delivering to my house for 18 years. Yes, they have often forgotten items such as sauce or icing, but in the past they always apologized and tried to complete the incomplete order. Until today. Today once again our sauce and Icing was missing, so I call our Pizza Hut. Instantly I am put on hold, this is fine, I am used to being put on hold by them. They take me off hold, I explain the issue, the manager mumbles something about the problem that I could not make out, then without warning, she puts me on hold again. Then I am shortly hung up on after that, nothing resolved. So I call back, say no I do not want to be put on hold because I was hung up on. I mention my incomplete order, get an insincere apology and then am put on hold for probably a good 5 minutes. The manager finally picks up, and after I complain that I was hung up on by her earlier (she was the one handling my earlier call) I get to, d by her, "I didn't hang up on you, it's not my fault."

I have worked in customer service, fault or not, it is her problem. She proceeds to argue with me, I am getting frustrated and my voice does raise by now, due to my frustration at her refusing to resolve my problem or take any responsibility towards resolving it. I ask to speak to her manager, only for her to tell me she is the manager. She has repeatedly argued with me, thrown my own words back at me, refused to complete our order there are other orders that she needs to deliver before she can complete my incomplete order that arrived well before those orders.

She then proceeds to hang up on me because, in her words, "I am yelling at her." Yes, my voice had raised in frustration by this time, no, I never cursed or called names.

What happened to, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, let me fix this for you?" I was never offered this service by this manager. What I was told was that none of the mistakes were her responsibility. It's discouraging when you have a customer service problem and it becomes no one's fault to resolve it, not even the managers.

And yes, I have worked in Customer Service, I handled jobs in a print center. Mistakes were made sometimes, not always by me. But they were always my mistakes to fix when dealing with a customer, regardless of whether the mistakes were my fault or not. Never would I have once considered telling the customer, "I didn't do the mistake" like this Pizza Hut manager did me. Fact: the customer doesn't care who is at fault. They don't want to hear excuses on why the mistake happened. They just want the mistake fixed.

I am also a shift manager for pizza hut and I am in complete agreement. In my year of working for pizza hut, I have experienced a lot of abuse. Not only from customers, but from the company as well. I have experienced countless of 8+ hour shifts with no breaks. I have experienced being thirsty for over 5 hours at work because I am not provided anything to drink and I cannot leave the store. I have closed the store until 2 am just to come back in six hours at 8 to open alone. I have been told by numerous bosses including my franchise manager that my work comes before my college education and personal life. I have met hard-working amazing employees who have not had a raise in the 4 years they have worked there. In 2014, my store made over 1 million dollars and none of us received any recognition. But the worst part is, the employees who work the hardest make the same amount of money but for 3x the stress and work. The people who do their jobs get the worst tasks for the same pay. And as if that wasn't bad enough, the constant abuse from customers is not helping the situation. I understand and take the time to resolve all customer complaints, and I realize that you expect proper service if you are paying for something. However, I have had customers blatantly lie to my face about not receiving things that they never ordered. I have had people argue with me for 20 minutes even though I have proof that they never ordered what they claim they did. And I have heard, "But doesn't the $2.80 delivery charge go the drivers?" as an excuse not to tip countless times, even though we never see a cent of the ### delivery fee. I have had people scream at me on the phone about their order, only to discover that they did not even order from our store. I have had my drivers threatened by people. I worked ALONE at night while my company knew that they had over 7 armed robberies of nearby stores in the past couple weeks. Pizza Hut basically left me alone after 3 armed men had seriously injured other employees nearby. If you get nothing else from reading my story, I want you to understand this: Customers are abusive at times, but at least they have a right since they paid for a service and really do deserve what they paid for. Pizza Hut is abusive ALL the time, without any reason.

I haven't worked at Pizza Hut but I've been doing customer service for over 15 years. I don't make minimum wage wage either. Trust me. And I will openly say that some customers are impossible to please. Not all but a few yes. These are the people who demand respect from themselves and give none to anyone else. I have no problem with doing my job but there is a limit. When you deliver bad news customer they take it well, become indifferent, upset or psychotic. Its the psychotic I have a problem with. The yelling, the cursing, the belittling, the personal attacks . Its like screw you. No matter how much I get paid, its never enough to put up with abuse. At this its not about solving the problem and all about them treating you like an animal so they feel better and thats NOT what we get paid to do. It just isnt. It gets to the point where they arent even interested in being assisted by you and just want to get a rise out of you. And its disgusting. I go above and beyond to help customers, but when they start acting like that I do my job and nothing further. They get nothing EXTRA out of me. Nothing! So I sympathize with all of the customer service representatives here regardless of which type of industry you work in. Customers can and will be [censored] bags but you don't have to buy into that customer is always right crap because its not true. Customers are NOT always right but they sure use that motto to try and abuse us. And for all their grand standing, there is no way they would be okay with being treated the way they treat us, on or off the job.

I m also working for pizzhut in London, All I can say is that I always try my level best to do my job with honesty. I m working hard and I love my job though I am not earning enough.
When serving customers I always respect the customers and welcome them with a smile. I give good customer service to all customers always because I believe that they deserve that.

I worked at pizza hut in Attalla Alabama. Their motto is slow cold and rude, at least that is what the training video said. The manager would tell people we weren't delivering because we didn't have a driver there when I was the delivery driver. I quit when my wife got robbed delivering a pizza and the manager was more worried about getting the stores money than letting her leave to go to the hospital. My wife got fired the next day because she was a "liability" for getting robbed, in the 3 1/2 years prior working for Domino's she never got robbed. Pizza hut doesn't care for customers nor employees. Just my 2 cents.

I would say about 75% of the time that I order fast food or pizza, my order is wrong AND they forget something that I ordered after me stressing beforehand to PLEASE don't forget this sauce or that sauce. But, GUESS WHAT...they forget it anyway and blame each other and there we are with food that is not good without certain sauces, and if you want to wait until they bring some back, you entire meal is cold and ruined! It is simply a matter of incompetence! How long does it take to match up an order ticket with the order being delivered? 15-20 seconds ? Is that too much for a customer that does not have to spend their money with this business to ask for? It is getting to the point now that I don't order pizza or fast food at all because I'm so sick and tired of being treated like I'm a bother to these workers and this business. I will fix my own food unless I'm out somewhere and have to choice. If more people did this, these companies might come down off of their high horse and realize who the boss truly is in this situation! Besides, it's healthier anyway and a lot less expensive! A win win situation all the way around...think about it.

Just typical, lazy American mentality! These horrible customers you speak of pay your crappy minimun wage salary! When a customer goes out to eat, or orders fast food, they do so for a reason, because they want food and a little respect and effort on the behalf of those paid to do so. If you are not a people person...GET A DIFFERENT JOB! It's that simple, otherwise do your job and stop complaining! How hard is it to put a sauce in a bad, or say I'm sorry, or to simply make a wrong a right with little effort. Most customers don't want more than they are paying for and that is good food with good service! If you are not capable of completing a simple fast food order, then maybe even a minimum wage job isn't for you! Grow up already! Every job involves doing things we don't want to, but we do what we have to do to get the job done. Besides, with the economy the way it is now, you might not even be able to get a crappy minimum wage job before long, then you might have a real reason to complain!

I think it's ridiculous. Stupid. Don't act like you're so grand that you deserve to be treated better than everyone. Rule #1 in any situation where you deal with your customers, the customer is ALWAYS right. If you start reacting poorly to how they're acting, then you're just as stupid as the stupidest customers you've ever served, and it also reflect on how the customer will CONTINUE to react. If the customer sees you get upset, then clearly, they feel as if YOU feel they deserve to be treated like cattle, and not given the service they've paid for.

My pizza hut locale has screwed up my order no less than 50% of the time I've made orders. Whether delivery, take out, or eat in, they have screwed up my orders 50% of the time. And yes, I have kept track. I used to work in a food production plant. Knouse Foods to be exact. And I learned some VERY important things while working there. Regardless of WHAT place you work in, if you make food, whether manufacturing, or just cooking it, your employees, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE, is WHOLLY responsible for QA and QC. Do you know what those are? Quality Assurance and Quality Control. And ALL of them MUST comply with the GMPs of their work place, Good Manufacturing Practices.

The job of these OVER paid whiners, is QUALITY ASSURANCE. Your job is to make sure your customer gets what they order. You want to get paid more to do a better job, but would you let them pay you less for doing a ### job? Of course not. The world owes you NOTHING. If you take on a job, do it well, and do it right. Don't slough and say, "They don't pay me enough to do it right." They pay you what EVERYONE ELSE in your line of work is getting paid. And you are OBVIOUSLY over paid.

Remember, without your customers, your business serves no purpose, and therefore does not exist. Your customers are your life blood, mistreat them, and you'll be sorry.

Pizza Hut pizza hut is a thief!

Pizza hut used my visa on someone elses order, 5375 highway 90, mobile al. I order a personal pan pizza to go and gave my visa card to pay for my order. A few minutes later the manager appears with my card and some cash, and told me they made a mistake and charged someone else’s order on my account. I refused to sign the visa receipt and refused the cash refund. I asked her to cancel the order on my card. She yelled at me it could not be done and I would have to take the cash. I told her that with today’s technology it could be done. She preceded to argue with me and would not let me talk. I told her to give me my visa, and to cancel my order. I drove off with my card, no pizza and someone elses order charged to my account. How stupid to managers think we are as consumers. I have called pizza hut customer service over and over and I am told the district manager will call you…. But he never does.

I placed order on 5/12/24 about 12:00 pm. Placed online with what I wanted and it came with no sauce and extra cheese that I didn’t order. Very disappointed in the order. Breadsticks was the only thing fine. Now we will be boycotting the store we used cause they messed up my Mother’s Day.

I ordered 3 medium size devilled chicken pizzas from pizza hut yesterday.

The pizza hut Sri Lanka says the circled image (the first picture) is isn't devilled chicken topping. They gave me the wrong order and now bluffing. They say it is hot and spicy chicken.

What I received is in the 2nd image.

Pizza hut does not honor any of the offered cupon codes they offer online I tried almost every one of them and get the same prompt that they no longer accept that promo code and yes they are not expired they are new codes.

The Pizza Hut in Charlotte Hall, Md. closed. I can't get a good pizza now. The other chains just don't stand up to Pizza Hut in my opinion. Really miss you and wish you'd consider coming back.

I placed an order on the 3rd of June and doordash never delivered my order.

I have called multiple times in regards to a refund on the purchase I never received and keep getting told someone will contact me and I still have not received a phone call or a refund of $39.12.
