Pizza Hut review: Ordered a pizza online never received it and I paid for it with my card

I ordered a pizza online and got the conformation number an everything they took my money an never brought my pizza to my house very upset about it I paid $18.00 for nothing an waited a very long time to get it so by the time the time my order was supposed to come they closed down. I then waited the next day to call to speak with the manager he or she wants there so they took down my info an said tomorrow they would be in i'll have them call. They never called so I called again an ask the same thing this act like they could hear and hung up all I want is my refund
