Hello my name is Otis Wright, I recently place an order on 07/02/21 from location 5281 Princess Anne Rd VA Beach VA 23462 phone # [protected] ticket # 168 unit #00458 time of order was 22.27pm est 10:27pm Est. I called the store several times asking about my order, last time I call it was 55min later almost an hour, when I call the manager was rude, at that time I requested a refund on my order, he didn't want to honor my request for refund, I paid for my order with my debit card which was $17.98 after taxes. So when the pizza arrived it was cold, it was only sliced 3 times, I was very upset, and still wanted a refund, I feel like I was treated poorly and as a customer I shouldn't been treated like this. I feel violated and robbed, all I wanted was my money back because I was very dissatisfied. I also have a complaint # [protected] which was given to me by one of your employees/corporate office, when I did try to speak to somebody. It has been almost a week and no one has contacted me via email nor phone. My phone # is [protected] my address is 4764 Mandan Rd, VA Beach VA 23462, I would please like someone to help with this matter before I take legal actions against that store and franchise, thanking you for your time, I remain
