Sunday, 9/15/19, I ordered and had delivered a medium thin crust supreme with no mushrooms and extra cheese, a brownie dessert and a Pepsi. Hours after ingesting the contaminated food, I was sick with symptoms of the food poisoning, remained very ill for hours, and am still not completely recovered.
Monday, 9/16/19, I called and reported the issue to Pizza Hut, 4911 South Peoria
Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and was told that the tainted food would be investigated and that the manager said she would refund my bank account the first thing when she arrived to work the next day.
Tuesday, 9/17/19, when the refund did not appear in my bank account, I called again and spoke with Trina, who represented herself as the General Manager and said that she had processed the refund herself, which is a lie and proves the restaurants indifference at poisoning its customers.
I have the remains of the pizza and brownies and will contact the Health Department to report the incident and ask to have the food tested, which I will consider using in a lawsuit if I do not have a satisfactory solution this afternoon.
